This neck stretcher provides noticeable relief and helps reduce tension after long days. It’s easy to use and works well when used consistently for short sessions. The stretch feels effective, though it can be a little uncomfortable at first while getting used to it. Overall, it’s a solid tool for cervical traction and neck support.

This cervical traction device works well. You will have to acclimate to it with short and careful sessions at first. I use it once every week or two to relieve neck and shoulder tension. It is FSA eligible as well.

I suffer with chronic neck tension from bad posture and looking down at my computer. I’m trying to correct the hump in my neck and this tool helps with pain and tension. BUTTTTTT the first and second day it was giving off a strong chemical smell that had me coughing and my eyes burning. I should have washed it it with a hot soapy cloth before using.

This thing is AMAZING. I use it ten minutes or so — turn my neck and head a bit and my neck pops over and over. When I get up I feel so loose and like my neck is glowing — I don’t know what other words to use here, but I think it just feels like blood is circulating, and the muscles are looser and less tense. I had been dealing with tech neck and painful shoulders and this has been a godsend. My very stiff and inflexible partner is also able to use it without problems and finds that it makes his neck feel better as well. It’s just a very nice stretch. It doesn’t have any weird smell. It’s small enough to store easily and not clutter up the house too much.

It comes with a manual which states it is uncomfortable in the beginning. I feel that. It’s day 2. But I do feel my neck stretched. I went with 5 min per side once a day right away. Will gradually increase that as I keep going. There’s no smell I noticed compared to other comments. It’s made of rubber because this isn’t a pillow it’s a “pillow” meant for physical therapy reason. Again some of these comments are a bit unhelpful as they are reviewing a product they don’t understand how to use. Consistency is key…. It says so in the manual. This isn’t a one time use thing. It’s like saying I went to the gym today and didn’t lose any pounds so I’m giving up. The gym doesn’t work.
