Great for business video conferencing. Don't need to spend a lot to hear and be heard. These are great little headsets, lightweight and good audio quality. I've bought many of these for business (as well as the equivalent Microsoft version), and they do the job much better than more expensive headsets, frankly. You don't have to worry about staff losing or breaking them because they're very inexpensive. Spending more than $20 on Zoom headsets is a honestly a waste of money. Setup is a breeze (plug and play).
