The product was good all except for the fact that the back add ons for elevation that I got with the keyboard had the metal parts of them come off immediately after one use. And since I like my keyboard elevated I believe this to be an important part of my keyboard set up. If I were to get another or get it fixed that would change my rating to much higher.

The product is amazing, I just have a little problem, when I'm using it the ESC key doesn't work, I know that this keyboard has many shortcuts so I'm not sure if it's normal for it not to work, can someone help me ? Is it normal?

It feels, sounds and looks amazing, you have so many different options for the color way I’m in love with this keyboard one thing I do recommend is after a while (do this at your own risk) lube the switches so it doesn’t get rattly

Was hoping that this keyboard included Mac keys as stated in the description, This was the main reason that I purchased the keyboard - especially in white. After doing further reading it appears that some of the black keyboards do not have the MAC keys labelled as stated in their description and pictures. While this appears to be a solid little keyboard with very good feeling clicky switches at a fairly decent price - THIS IS ALL NEGATED BY THE LACK OF PROVIDING WHAT IS DESCRIBED. Really how much would it have cost to put the extra markings on the 3 keys!!!!! I guess I will need to look elsewhere - preferably somewhere that I can be hands on and not have to rely on an Amazon description.

The paint was ehh but the keys for the blues are just like cherry mx blues saying that i use a ducky one two mini great size for desk
