CeraVe Day Cream, Face Moisturizer with SPF 30, Daily Retinol Cream, 1.76oz

I recently started using the CeraVe Anti-Aging Face Cream with SPF, and I am extremely pleased with its performance. This face cream not only offers effective anti-aging benefits but also provides essential sun protection, making it a must-have product in my skincare routine. One of the standout features of this face cream is its inclusion of SPF. With a broad-spectrum SPF of 30, it shields my skin from harmful UVA and UVB rays, helping to prevent sun damage and premature aging. The added sun protection is a crucial factor in maintaining healthy and youthful-looking skin. The formulation of the CeraVe Anti-Aging Face Cream is impressive. It contains a blend of ceramides, hyaluronic acid, and retinol, which work together to improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and overall skin texture. The cream is lightweight and absorbs quickly, leaving my skin feeling nourished and hydrated without any greasy residue. What sets this face cream apart is its ability to provide anti-aging benefits without causing irritation or sensitivity. Cerave products are the best facial products Ive tried so far. This daytime cream does not irritate my sensitive skin. It has truly improved the texture of my skin. I will continue to buy.

The zinc is nice and I am sure it is effective against the sun, but it does feel a bit pasty and leaves a white layer. It's not too bad (hence 4 stars), and it even serves as a bit of an equalizing foundation. I didn't get acne after using it, which often happens to my skin with sunscreen products. But overall, this product didn't feel effective besides blocking some sun. My skin issues didn't get worse, but they didn't improve.

Every other moisturizer I’ve used that has SPF (even Cerave’s, less expensive, AM SPF) would always be too thick or greasy to wear underneath makeup. I don’t have that problem with this one. My skin feels so smooth after absorption and it’s being protected. I will be buying this again.

Great daily moisturizer, not greasy

I have to say, this is not one of my favorites. While I like the concept of the product and definitely the SPF, I find the consistency to be quite dry and not easy to blend in. When I tried to blend it in, it started to pill and peel – but if I don't blend it in well, it leaves a white cast. All in all, it's a good product if you have the patience and time to apply it and are willing to cross your fingers and hope it doesn't flake and peel off. I don't, so it's not one I reach for very often.

I've been using this for years. I easily sunburn, and I haven't had any face sunburn since I started using this product. The product does not create any greasiness on the skin, and it blends in nicely.

The cream is good, mosturizes your skin and it has no perfumes or harming substances. It is a very thick cream thou, and its not easy to spread sometimes. If you wanna level diferent creams ( serum, sunscreen etc) this cream is so thick that you wont be able to level any other cream, without your face becoming full of... small balls of cream ( when your creams mix with each other and create some kind of cream peel off instead of absorving into your skin). So if you wanna mix it, not the cream. Its too thick. If you wanna use just that then its good. But aply some slight make up upon it because it leaves a white tint

I am impressed with this brands retinol products. The first time I used it , I had some redness and dryness. I just kept using it and I can see improvements. Make sure your face is dry after cleansing or it will expérience irritation from the retinol. Also retinols has been known to improve skin over time and so be patient. It is not instantaneous. If you need stronger retinols, there are some with different percentages on Amazon. Some people can tolerate mixing retinols with vitamin C but some people experience irritation. Do test it to find your own beauty regimen.

It's a thick cream, so for my skin I found that it's better if I use an hydrating serum first, but other than that I love it and it's just what I was looking for. I was scared about the reviews mentioning it leaving a white cast, but in my experience it only happened when I used too much, and it just meant I rubbed it in for a few extra seconds!
