Edit: I came back to update my review of this product. Although I did experience the issue mentioned below in my original review, the company reached out several times and really went above and beyond to stand behind their products and ensure that they could turn this into a positive experience without me even pushing the issue. Exceptional customer service is such a rare quality nowadays, so I felt compelled to make sure I made this update to give the company credit for their actions. I really wanted to love this headset. I tried it for about 30 days and had to return it. I can say it’s super easy to setup and the speaker and microphone were crystal clear with no static or extra noise, even if you blow on the microphone (which is a habit I have to check if my mic is working, so fortunately or unfortunately, that test doesn’t work with this microphone). My issue with the headset is that the charging prongs on the standing charger don’t automatically engage with the charging port on the headset when you store the headset on the stand. I had to wiggle the headset back and forth on the stand to get it to connect with the charging prongs (you will know it’s charging because the indicator light changes color). Several times I’ve wiggled it into the right position to charge and closed down my home office for the day, only to pick up the headset for a conference call the following day and be met with a message stating “low battery”, at which point the headset shuts itself off. Super inconvenient and caused me to fumble around for my wired headset while unable to hear coworkers on the call actively speaking to me. After a few instances of this, I decided to return it. I know the headset can be attached directly to the charging cord, but I paid extra for the charging stand to have somewhere to both store it properly AND simultaneously charge it. Otherwise I would have just bought the cheaper version with no charging stand (which I still might do, because overall the headset worked great when it was charged).

I liked these at first. The connectivity with my work laptop was seamless and the sound quality was good. After the first couple weeks, though, I noticed that every other time I went to use them, they would connect fine and I could hear through them but my mic wouldn't work. Went through all the standard troubleshooting to make sure they were connected correctly and Teams settings were set to the device, etc., everything was always correct. Just the mic wouldn't work. After hanging up the headset and waiting a while and trying again, inexplicably the mic would work. This cycle happened countless times. As of this week now my headset just won't turn on at all. It's been sitting charging for hours and should be fully charged, but they just won't turn on. I've looked to the manufacturer website to try to get product support but I don't see any means to do so. I don't know if I got a dud or if this is truly a piece of garbage headset. Total waste of $60.

I like the headset. It's nice and lightweight, and I love the flexible mic. Callers can hear me without issues. The sound is ok, a bit muffled, but that was resolved by just widening some of the holes in the earpiece cover. No big deal. The battery life is great, and will get me through about 12-14 hours depending on the number of calls coming through. My issue is that it's hard to place properly on the charger. It feels and looks like it's sitting on there properly, the light comes on, so I assume that it's charging, but then I pick it up the next morning and it says "low battery" and turns off. Some mornings it seems to be fully charged, others it'll die midway through the morning, or as soon as I turn it on. I can't really find a way to check the battery level, there is no battery full or medium notice, only the low battery notice, so it's just really hard to tell if it'll work for me each day. I'm looking for a different headset with better battery indicators and a better charging situation.

Unfortunately, the new unit is now exhibiting the same issue as the original one: it consistently shows a "low battery, please charge" prompt, even when connected to the base. The charging light does not turn red, indicating that it is not charging. Despite the initial good performance, the headset's persistent charging problems make it unreliable. I will be buying a new one from somewhere else. I have attached a video of the current issue. Got this to work from home to have headset last all day connected to phone, computer, or ipad for calls. The headset is tight on my big head but can bend the metal band to fit better. My main concern is the padding on ear needs improvement for comfort. Needs more cushion. Thinking to see if I can find a better ear cushion since half the cost of a Poly headset. The noise canceling is excellent— sitting next to a ringing phone and people do not hear it on the call. Voices come across perfect and people hear me speaking without being loud or picking up static or background noies. I do wish the headset would auto turn on and off when put on charging stand. Thus, I forget to turn off headset and put on charger at end of day and then later get a call and phone still connected to headset even on the otherside of the house—great range! The quick touch mute on side is easy to access. It would be nice if u raise mic to vertical it would mute. The volume buttons are more cumbersome and close to on and off button so be careful. Not a big deal but would be nice if outer round part was turntable to adjust volume. Normally I am not fiddling with volume. If you have sound notifications, those come across loud so turn those sound notifications off on your device while wearing. Battery lasts a couple of days. Stays connected to multiple devices and switches seamless. When putting headset on charger I wish i did not have to lift up the boom mic for it to sit properly. Stand works well but you need your own usb charger to plug into. Lights indicate charging and when doe charging. I did not use the included usb dongle for laptop since laptop has bluetooth 5.2 built in. I just tape it to the top of the base so I don’t lose it—would be nice if it had a way to store it on base.

I’m writing this review after using this headset for almost four months. I bought it with four other friends and we had almost the same problems. In the first two weeks the bluetooth piece stopped working and I had to connect the headset directly to the laptop bluetooth, which made me lose the noise canceling function. I kept using it but the mute button keeps dtysfunctioning . The only good thing about it that it is wireless, but I would not recommend it at all.
