Love love it ! It's a great size ( I have larger cats) fits them perfectly. No smell. Packaging I would also rate a 5 star. Looks great, cats are using it ! Purrfect!Update: almost 2 years later. It holds up great ! Still love this well worth it. I foster kittens as well as I have 3 adults cats they all play with it sleep in it scratch it instead of the furniture. It’s easy on the eye. I never do updates but decided to on this one because it’s money well spent !

I bought this to replace a cube, & have placed it in the front lanai. Both kitties were a little slow to embrace it, but now love it. They usually perch on it, rather than in it. They like to sharpen their claws on the exterior & it's held up pretty well, considering I don't think it's designed for that. It's sturdy & lightweight, which helps when lifting cat & bed to place them inside to go to work. It's not showing any ill effects of being outdoors during rain or humidity, either. Granted, it's sheltered, but dampness gets through the screen. I think this will last a lot longer than the cube did.

I bought this for our new cat. She had the exact one at the cat cafe where we got her from. It was her favorite place to hang out. It was very easy to assemble - you just screw the legs on and put the cushion in. It looks sleek and I feel like it will compliment most rooms. The cats like to sit on top of it as well. They do scratch the top but it has held up well.

Been stalking this item since I first saw on Wayfair for $100, then it sold out and never restocked. I loved the look of it, and one of my cats loves tubes/half tubes. She's outgrown her current bed so when I saw this on amazon for $54 I had to get it! Its been about a week now... when I unpacked there is a VERY STRONG chemical smell. I set it outside for an entire 24hrs and it still smells. My cats will investigate and sniff it then back up. I've sprayed with febreeze fabric, put cat nip all over it, put it outside again... then tonight I brought it in my bedroom and I kid you not, 1am I woke up and all I can smell is this thing..like burning plastic. So I decided to write this review. Its no wonder the cats won't go near it. Not to mention, as others have stated, there are several nicks and a few deep scratches on the legs. The product was well packaged so idk. Also, the stickers on the legs to label parts are not easy removal. They tear. You'll need some lighter fluid to wipe them clean off, followed by a clean wipe down as a precaution. I gave it 3 stars because I still like the way it looks, size is great, its sturdy enough - on carpet, but I am really disappointed with the strong fumes coming from it. I literally feel like its burning my eyes right now. Going to put it outside again.

I’ve probably purchased 10 napping beds for this big boy. Never gave any of those a second look. He took to this one almost right away. He uses it during the day. Put it in a corner away from foot traffic. He’s about 20lb so it’s not as big as I would have liked but he seems to be ok with it.

My persian loves it and it matches my platform bed from Ashley Furniture. So I have it next to our bed. She sleeps in it during the day and at night time if she is not on the bed with us.

All 6 of my cats love this tunnel!!! It is by far their favorite even though they have 4 towers with many baskets, scratch posts, hiding spots, hammocks, etc.. I was hesitant to buy this because it seems expensive for what it is. Worth every penny though. This thing is never left alone, even after several months, there is at least one cat on this unit at all times. Definitely buying more for other areas of our house

Cute product and easy to assemble but has a bad chemical smell in the cloth that goes around the whole thing including the pillow. Leeching something which may be potentially harmful. And after multiple washes, the smell does that go away.Also the box it comes in was a bit damaged and a bit dirty. The stickers on the legs are too strong and do not come off, luckily they are placed on the inside of the legs so when they are twisted in all the way, they do not show. However, this is still annoying to someone as anal as I am.

Took a while but the cats now love this ……… it is yet another place where they can escape to ! It looks quite retro too.

legs are uneven and it wobbles. for 80 bucks it should be stable. also carpet is thin.
