I plugged it in and it was recognized.I added the HDMI to a 4K monitor and the image appeared.No fuss, no muss.Shipped and arrived fast.

I have had this for a week and ots work well. No issues setting up.

I purchased the Selore docking station to be able to run dual monitors off my business laptop as well as I need the extra USB ports for my external web camera and headphones. Bought it the end of January 2022 and now April 2022 none of the USB ports work as you can see in the picture the camera light is off meaning it isn't connecting to the laptop while the HDMI port is functioning showing that the Selore docking station is connecting to the laptop.I contacted the vendor and exchanged multiple emails - the first one the vendor requested the model and name of my laptop, which is a high-end Lenovo ThinkPad, which I provided. Next the vendor set the following: "In order to better solve the problems you encounter. Could you provide videos of the USB port didn't work during use - And send us the video on email. Email address please check the attachment. Don't worry, if defective by the item we will help you solve the problem."I'm still trying to figure out how to send a video of something that isn't working so I sent photos of the camera working (red light is on) when connected directly to the laptop and not working (no red light) when connected to the Selore docking station. The poor quality of the vendor response is such that it is hard to know what the vendor is going to do so I'm junking this product and recommending that if you do purchase it don't expect a good product or good service.

I initially bought it and had issues with it. However, no long after I returned the item I was contacted by customer service and they were very helpful and professional. I gave it try to their docking station again and it works great so far !
