Holds my 100lb punching bag
Purchased this to hang my son’s 100lb punching bag. Works great. The instructions could have more detail though. There was no explanation for what the different screws are for..

Installation tips
The only negative I have for this is lack of installation instructions. If you are using the wood screws, I drilled a 1/4" pilot hole, used #3 phillips bit on my drill until it started to slip in the screw head, then used 12mm socket rachet to get it the rest of the way in. The screws are good and snug once all the way in, though it was a workout onto itself to get there.
