This dehydrator is amazing. It’s not top gear but it works like it is. The function is very easy as far as the settings. I’ve used it at least 3 times a week and it always does a great job. I mainly make beef jerky, apple chips and strawberry’s. It’s a great buy for the price. It’s not very loud. Doesn’t get concerningly hot. The plastic doesn’t melt or stick together and I can fit a good amount of jerky/ apples in at one time so it’s got good capacity. I plan on buying the extra racks so I can get more done at once. Overall very happy with my purchase

I have used this dehydrator several times to dehydrate meats (steak, chicken breast, thighs, and gizzards) and fruits (strawberries and oranges) and have been extremely satisfied with the results. The dehydrator comes with a little "cookbook" that was super helpful in determining the temperature and times that would be required for each item. The touch controls are sensitive and it is easy to overshoot times/temperatures when first using. The timer is accurate and is set in 30 minute increments, but displays the time remaining per minute which I like. While operating, the machine is quiet, with just a fan noise that isn't loud enough to hear outside of the kitchen. Whatever you are dehydrating will fill your space with an aroma, the fruits gave off a wonderful smell, but the meat/proteins can be a punch in the face when you open a door to the room/house - especially if unseasoned (like when making dog treats). The trays are sturdy and had no burs on the metal mesh which was an awesome discovery, especially for a product of this price. The trays are easy to clean, but I have cleaned them all by hand so I cannot speak on the dishwasher. The produced products have been delicious, and when I have made dog treats my dog has preferred them over store bought ones. Some tricks that I learned while operating this product: - Place thicker/larger items on closer to the bottom otherwise you'll have longer dehydration times - Fattier items (like chicken thighs) are more likely to stick to your trays, try to remove some of the fat - Slightly twisting the trays when the food is done will help pop items off and doesn't warp or damage the tray - Use a scrubbing brush when cleaning the trays, a rough sponge will get grated like cheese - The cookbook gives temperature ranges, using a middle temp. produced the best results I would recommend this product to anyone that is looking to use a dehydrator for making their own dehydrated fruits, garnish, jerky, or dog treats. It is extremely easy to use this product and it has produced fantastic results!

This is a pretty small unit, but works great for what I need it for. Very happy with my purchase!

This item is amazing. Super easy to use, came already assembled, just had to stack the trays. Extremely easy to clean and works perfectly. I am very pleased with this product and the ease of use.

Good dehydrator, works as it should. I should have purchased the one with French doors. The problem is having to take off every single tray to get to one at the bottom.

For the price I can not complain about a single thing with this dehydrator. It works as advertised and runs relatively quiet. The trays are a little flimsy but as long as you don’t use them as ninja stars they should hold up fine over time lol. My only complaint is that the beeps when you adjust time / temperature is SUPER loud, so don’t try and start it with a baby sleeping in the same room, otherwise it’s a great product and deserves the 5 stars! Value for money: One of the cheapest options I found as I only need it on rare occasions and works great. Ease of use: You don’t even need the manual to use it, everything is self explanatory. (The manual has a guide for different foods which is handy) Speed: This is my first dehydrator but it works great, that being said it seems like it’s not as fast as other options, but you shouldn’t expect it to be fast when it’s one of the cheaper options. Fan seems weak but the temperature seemed to hold rock steady.

I purchased this device to dehydrate and warm raw vegan food. I made some mushroom jerky using it. It served it's purpose. I like that it was easy to use. It has an option to adjust the time and temp. Pretty simple and straight to the point. When adjusting the time and temp, the device is a bit loud. I didn't care for the loud beeping noise it made while adjusting and the loud being noise it made when the timer was up. The shelves are stackable and plastic. There is really not enough room to adjust between the shelves as they only stack a top each other. So, if you want to dehydrate something a little taller than the allowable space, you'll be disappointed. I had this item for less than 30 days. Eventually, the plastic shelves began to crack. Though the shelves were fairly easy to clean, they are very fragile. It's hard to clean the base. You can only wipe it down and not emerge in water. Initially, I liked the idea of this dehydrator because it was compact. But, I noticed that no matter what I dehydrated, my food smelled and tasted funny. I think it's caused by the newness of the machine. Also, I realized the machine is too small and limited in what I could dehydrate. Functionally, it worked well. Overall, it's just not for me.

I like the small footprint of this product. I like having the 5 metal trays. I first dehydrated 🍎 apples that were getting a little old and they turned out to be the best tasting apples ever. My next was garlic, took about 17 hours and I had all 5 trays full, and it turned out perfect for me to make garlic powder. The noise level is very minimal, hardly noticeable. It seemed to dry out the garlic evenly on each tray, as I kept checking to be sure it was doing it's job and I must say it did. The time and temperature control was fairly easy for me, as it is similar to the time/temp on my airfryer. I set it for the recommended temperature in the instruction book that came with it but I set the time at 4 hours so I would go back and check to see how it was doing and then reset it again several times until the garlic was fully dehydrated. I put dehydrator silicone sheets on each tray, so clean up was a breeze. One key point, is to make sure you slice everything the same thickness . Very much worth it and I'm well pleased with it.
