Excelente, de las mejores compras que he hecho para aliviar mis contracturas.
Es una pelota grande y dura (también compre la blanda) pero esta me ha servido especialmente para deshacer los nudos en mi espalda en la zona del omoplato. Me acuesto sobre ella (en una superficie dura, puso o alfombra) y ejerzo mucha presión con todo el peso de mi cuerpo y a la vez que también alterno con movimientos de desplazamiento sobre la pelota. Me ha servido muchisimo y hasta ahora con 3 meses de uso no se ha roto. La recomiendo mucho
