Karis Spot Resist Brushed Nickel One-Handle Single Hole Bathroom Sink Faucet with Optional Deck Plate, 84346SRN

Well made single handle faucet that we bought to replace the double handle faucets in our new home. Very easy to control the water temperature. They were also easy to install. The drain stop is different in that all you do is push down on the drain and it seals and keeps the water from draining. Push down on it again and it opens up.

Installed today. You can't go wrong with a Moen faucet. Looks nice and heavy.

Nice faucet, looks modern. I didn't like the low water flow so I fixed it. There's a tiny little rubber o ring inside the aerator. You have to use the included plastic key to remove it so keep it safe somewhere and don't forget where you put it. Once you loosen and unscrew the aerator, there's a plastic screen you have to split open. Either use your fingernail or a knife to get it open and don't do this over the sink. Parts may fly all over. Once inside the plastic screen you'll see a tiny black circle in the center part of the plastic aerator. Pry that out and reassemble the screen, place it back into the aerator and screw it back into the faucet, tightening it with the key. Now I have strong water flow and can control it instead of having to tolerate only the stock low flow limitations. It's amazing that that one tiny o ring is capable of restricting water so effectively. Get rid of it. I did the same thing to my shower head when I got it a few years ago and really like the heavy water flow better than the weak spray it used to have. Something to consider. Otherwise the faucet is solid and nice looking and is functional 👍

I purchased it during Thanksgiving. I always like this brand. It is super easy to install. The faucet feel durable and looks quite nice.

Took a while to install, (could be operator error) along with a trip or two to Home Depot, but I’m happy with it. We put it on our small utility sink in the laundry room. Water pressure is good. Time will tell if it lasts.

Removing the old hardware was the hard part. Once that's done installation is relatively easy! The faucets are a dream to use and behave just as expected. Neat and functional! Installation notes: Previously had a 3-hole setup. The cover plate worked fine for a regular close-set manufactured sink. The wide set (8") wide granite surface required plugs. The instruction sheet was easily understood and well illustrated, the process mercifully simple. Features Moen designed this well. Long lines hook up directly to standard plumbing to eliminate flexible supply lines and tuck away neatly behind the drain. The drain stopper eliminates side arms and is really easy to use. Bought a total of 3 replacing Pfister Ladera. - very happy with the change.

Moen is my favorite brand when it comes to any bathroom, kitchen HW choice. The installation is breeze ( I have updated 7 faucets in last one year), Quality is excellent and Moen stands behind the warranty with simple process to replace one of the faucet

As expected Moen does an excellent job! A robust product with lifetime warranty faucet in the powder room is a no brainer. In particular that this one is coming with a pop up drain assembly.

I bought 3 of these to replace all my bathroom faucets. Reasonable price. Love how they look, love how they work and love the no hassle lifetime warranty.

Other then the fact it's from Moen, solid build and quality, it's the easiest faucet to clean ever!! I can't emphasize how easy it is to clean and stay clean. Had this for over a year and I love it more everyday. Highly recommend!!
