JOYIN 2021 Christmas Advent Calendar 24 Days Countdown Calendar with Construction Vehicle Cars and Military Fighter Building Blocks

I bought the Le*o brand advent calendar for my son in the past, which he really like. Went to purchase another one this past year and the price had more than doubled (was 19.99 in 2020 and was $52 in 2021)! So, I went with this off brand.My son thought it was cool the way the small creations are supposed to fit together to make a larger one. The smaller ones were fine, except that our set didn't include the sticker decals. They also seemed to have random extra pieces. That's really only a problem because you're not sure if you forgot a piece or two while constructing (like having a couple extra screws left over when you re-assemble your car engine). Also, half the instructions were missing, so he had trouble getting the larger set put together.It would have looked a lot better, had he had the decals. It was just too much trouble to try to return this right before Christmas, especially with how cheap it was.I'll be skipping by this in 2022, if he wants another advent building set.

Some of the pieces were very hard to put together, the backdrop/face where all the days were stored was low quality, in that I was destroying it just to open each day. The set appeared to lack the stickers that were in the instructions, which were often rather confusing.Still, it came with every piece and while the individual builds were not of the most robust construction, may lead to more creations, which is a big part of things like this to me.

Fun for the kids. Very cute. Worth the money. 3 stars only because some pieces fall off and won't stay together.

Each punch out open to a plastic bag with pieces and instructions. There is indications that there are stickers from the box but I have not been able to find any.Updated- dropped 2 stars off!My son was super excited about this and hime sick from school so I allowed him to open them all. The instructions are vague on how to build the big item. It shows already completed parts in the instructions but no instructions on how to complete the part! I shouldn’t have purchased! The second one i bought for my other son is the same! Its just Robots instead of plane/tank.

This is a great advent calendar and much like the Army Man one we got from the same company last year.It’s the first thing kiddo does each morning. All the vehicles are super cool, and we are looking forward to building the final big pieces when it’s over.

In theory, this could have been a really great advent calendar. But in reality, these are really hard to put together. The instructions aren’t thorough, and my husband who is an airplane mechanic even had issues building. My son (9 years old) was frustrated instead of excited. I will be buying him another advent calendar and pretty much tossing this one.

This is awful. The plastic bricks are super tiny, don't connect easily. The directions you need a magnifying glass to read. That isn't easy either. My 21 yr old who is an avid lego builder had difficulty and said no way.

The instructions show that stickers are supposed to be used to complete the look but there were no stickers included in our set. My son is very disappointed.

Clear step by step instructions. Good quality bricks with movement an fun actions that click together nicely. All sets bagged indevidually with instructions. *was missing stickers but they were not necessary for building and kids did not seem bothered at all. Good quality packaging. AWESOME gift would def buy again.
