Fantastic flavor boost to ramen soups. I use mine in a the Shin Black variety along with egg yolk. Adds a depth of flavor and brings out a more complex spice profile. Perfect for comfort quality is excellent as far as value it’s in the category of a true bone broth so the flavor is more complex than a simple sodium blast from bullion.

The best beef broth I ever bought, tastes great buy it asap, its a little expensive but its worth it.

I was happy to find this, because it's almost impossible to find any soup base that does not contain maltodextrin. The flavor is good and the price is not too bad. I took off one star because it's not organic.

It’s a good back up and definitely more cost-efficient. It’s a bit salty so try half a teaspoon in 8 ounces of hot water! I take it to help my intestines and stomach lining and it does a great job!!

This was my first time trying a bone broth base like this, and at first I wasn't sure how I felt about it. On its own, it tasted like straight beef stock, no garlic, no onion, and lower sodium than I expected. This was a surprise to me after years of using Better Than Bullion. It gives you a blank canvas to build your own flavor depending on what you're cooking or craving that day. Once I started adding my own spices, I realized how flexible it is. I've been drinking it regularly for my OMAD routine and it's been great, satisfying, easy to digest, and way better for me (and my wallet) than relying on packaged soups. A little goes a long way, too, so I feel like I'll get plenty of mileage out of one jar. Definitely planning to pick up more when I run out.

EDIT: Just noticed the item expires in a month from when I ordered it. Don't buy this item from Amazon!! Changed to 1 star. First of all, this is the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted in my life. I spat it out, washed out my mouth, and retched. It doesn't taste like any real food that has ever existed, it's too salty, it's VERY smelly, it's awful. Definitely not chickeny or like any vegan soup broth I've had. If you somehow like it, you'd be happy to know the concentrate is very strong when dilluted so I guess you get your money's worth (at least when on sale.) Secondly, I don't understand why everyone loves the ingredients. It's salt, flavorings, and coloring. There's no difference between natural and artificial flavors. If you want healthy, "real" ingredients just buy some veggie broth, if you don't mind "chemicals" and all the other stuff misinformed people are saying this doesn't have then feel free to buy this because that is ALL this is, moreso than other brands. It's the least natural broth I've seen and I knew that when buying it. (I'm giving a 2 instead of a 1 because of pity. I feel bad not giving a three but if you're using flavoring and stuff there's really no reason for your broth to taste worse than others.)
