This is a great purchase and I'd encourage all shoppers to consider this review. I bought mine at Costco. and set up these lights two and a half years ago. After about a year, one of the lights stopped emitting anything red. I emailed, and a replacement was delivered in a week. Well, a second light did the same thing this week (two and a half years after purchase). I sent an email asking where I could purchase a replacement. Within a few hours, Andrew in customer service replied that a replacement was on the way... no cost. So this review is not about the lights failing red... that happens and I get that, multi-color LED's are not a simple thing. This review is about the response I got from Atomi. It was very refreshing to experience a small problem and have it resolved within hours. Kudo's to Andrew and the support team!

I’ve bought a combination of 86 Atomi spotlights and pathway lights two years ago. They have been nothing but problems. Randomly they will unsync and never sync back even after factory resetting. Some don’t change to certain colors. Others just plain stop working all together. I’ve had to replace about 7 power cords because they randomly go bad. Water gets inside these lights and messes them up see pic. I think the lack of water tight for these lights are the cause of all issues.

Lights are perfect, they illuminate well, and they look great. The base is a bit weak, be careful when pressing on them. Make sure you buy the 4 pack of lights that come with a wifi enabling device and plug. These are just extensions.

I purchased the 4 Light starter kit approximately two weeks ago and the installation was simple and straight forward. If you can work an app or have experience with home automation, you should not have a problem. During my initial configuration one light failed to respond, but I quickly realized that this happened because it had timed out and was no longer in setup mood. I simply disconnected the power and reconnected it and it immediately configured like the other 3 lights. I was impressed by the performance of the initial lights that I decided to purchase the expansion pack to achieve the full look I was seeking. The expansion pack installation took no time at all, especially since I had just configured the starter kit. Now, I have six functioning spot lights that I use to create a grazing effect on the walls in the front of my home. This actually is my first complaint, the lights are sold as a starter kit of 4 with an option for an expansion kit of 2 more lights. To achieve the effect I truly want I needed 5 lights. So I basically have one extra light that does not add to my display but 4 lights just missed the mark. I wished that the lights could be purchased individually. Secondly, cost. This is an expansive solution, but it is also the only smart lighting option I could find for my installation. Is it worth it? I don't know, but they are fun. My third complaint and only other complaint is that the cabling is predefined and no adjustments to length of cable can be done. While implementing the grazing effect on the walls, the lights are fairly close and as such I have a lot of extra cable, but a minimum issue. What I love about the lights is the flexibility of them. I can control each light individually or as a group. This means that I can change each lights color, intensity, and even automation. I am already looking forward to the holidays and setting them to green and red for Christmas or orange for Halloween or red, white, and blue for 4th of July and Memorial Day, and Veterans Day. I have already set them up on my Alexa and created a routine for running them at night, all of which is working flawlessly. These lights are also extremely bright or my street is extremely dark (which is possible, there are no street lights). I have dimmed the lights to 25% and also soften the white by 50% and they are still very bright. I have some more playing to do in this area but for now am I pleased. If they are as durable as they are functional I will be very happy with this purchase.

Light doesn’t work

I bought a 4 pack, and after trying to set up a schedule for 2 weeks, I gave up and returned them. Color & features are amazing IF you can get it to connect to your wi fi and figure out the schedule system. Notice there are no 3star or less reviews? Great idea, terrible set up system that clear.y is way too complicated.
