nice bag! It's pretty heavy though
This review is for the Large Brompton Borough Roll Top Bag. The bag itself is really nice. It seems very sturdy and well made. You can fit so much stuff in it, but it is a lot heavier than I was expecting. I haven't actually weighed it or anything, but it will tire out your shoulder or arm if you have to carry it for very long. I like how I can fit my 32oz contigo water bottle in the back pocket so it is within easy reach wile riding!

Heavy, less unusable than before
My original Brompton bag has gotten old I bought this new one. If Amazon hadn't given it to me at half price I'd return it. Compared to my 2014 bag this new Borough bag is heavier because of the thicker Cordura. I tour on my Brompton so it's a big drawback. Secondly, they eliminated the adjustability. You can't extend your side straps at all and the central strap does not go very much. Given that the Cordura is already thick the overall usable volume is smaller. They completely eliminated the front net I use for small items. The side pockets are so tight they are useless. I haven't been able to remove the shoulder, they use a new type of connector to attach it. Super tight and user unfriendly. The original Brompton L-bag was made with the black Cordura on the outside and a yellow nylon lining for a better visibility inside. The Borough is bleak gray inside out. My overall impression is that this bag is designed for the looks with the main idea to reduce the production costs. It does look sturdy and assertive. However, the lack of flexibility, missing features and the extra weight are too much a sacrifice for me.

Pricey, but can store a lot of Stuff
Not practical or as simple/quick to access compared to the smaller brompton bags, but it can store a whole lot of stuff!
