Q: I found out after a lot of research, that my sr25 mk2 will not pair bt with any vehicle in the us. what can i do? i spend a lot time in my car.

The compact media unit offer 3 output options to better support external stereo systems, such as your car's info-tainment system: Analog Out via AUX Cable, Digital Out via USB-C port and Wireless Connection via Bluetooth. However, due to a broad variety of different info-entertainment systems tailored to different car models from different manufacturers to the year of manufactured, digital connectivity can be unpredictable. Based on our own user experience, the AUX Cable connection would offer the best audio quality and the Bluetooth is often the most convenient.

Q: Does this have an inbuilt radio to listen to like FM etc?

No radio but you can download apps like spotify and deezer but not youtube.

Q: Is there a way to use this player in your auto? I'm about to return it if I can't.

The compact unit offers three output connectivities to support external stereo system, such as your car's speaker system. However, depending on the input options available on your car's speaker system and its restrictions, the outcome is different from one user to another. For the best output quality and listening experience, the Support Team has always recommended the best option is plugging in via the AUX input. For the most convenient solution, Bluetooth has been a solid solution for many users. However, it would depend on each car's technical specification. (Please note: AK media unit currently does not support or compatible with: Android Auto and Apple CarPlay)

Q: Can you play music at the same time you are charging the player?

The portable media unit is able to receive charge from adequate & reliable electrical sources, while conducting audio playback through headphone jacks or Bluetooth connection.
