My experience of this kind of equipment is that none are perfect. This one has some niggles but overall it is very good. It has bass and treble adjustment, a remote which is functional, and the display turns off after a few seconds which makes it a usable bedside device. The headphone socket is on the front panel, the FM receiver is sensitive and its other features work well too.There are no useful instructions included except a start up guide but that omits basic things like setting the clock and alarm. A full guide is downloadable and once you realise everything is set via the remote and not the front panel buttons, the set up is fairly intuitive.As usual with these devices the display from the MP3 USB player is next to useless. It seems that none of these bedroom/kitchen players get the display that shows folder names and track listings that a dedicated MP3 player provides.Still, overall it is good and excellent value for money in my opinion.

Aesthetically pleasing all round radio and music player at a great value price. Also has headphones input and Bluetooth connection as well as USB input options...with a small footprint compared to most alternatives at an affordable price point

It fits on my bedside cabinet like the Shuman I had before. It's not as pretty as the Shuman but so far no humming and no failures.Pretty happy, only comments are that the writing under the large knobs can't be seen without getting down on your knees or referring to the leaflet, but once you know which one is tuning and which is volume that's not a problem.With the small buttons again the labelling is not very clear, it's just a case of getting used to it I suppose and finally it would be nice to be able to adjust the brightness of the display so you can read the information such as what is playing on the radio, that's a bit of a waste of time since it goes dark after a few seconds.On the plus side it is remarkable value, good sound quality and so far it all works!

what is the point of having a display screen if it does not stay lit so you can read it ,when you activate the radio it lights up for20 sec then goes off

Great little music system - looks good, sounds good

The speaker doesn't automatically scan for dab or fm and just freezes on the screen not pleased atall, the product must be faulty as it works absolutely fine through Bluetooth and aux but no signal for the other modes.
