Not a knock on the seller but this thing will burn your feet. Got burned and blisters as a result even wearing two layers of socks. Temperature controller should be required with this purchase.

I bought my insoles direct from Gerbing, not Amazon. I just wanted to make sure everybody is aware. These insoles will burn the bottom of your feet. I had blisters on the heels of both feet for about a week.

they are very good heats up fast.
