Works very well
Was used on fresh graffiti (glass surface). The paint came straight off, leaving no residue at all. Excellent product.

Works on ancient graffiti
Worked well on a graffiti tag over 20 years old. Had been on my wall for over two decades, and with some mechanical assistance from a wire brush, I was able to remove the entire tag - a feat that my pressure washer alone had failed at. The spray visibly softened the paint, allowing it to be removed with the wire brush. I did two easy spray applications, both left to soak for over 30 mins each. The product doesn't have an unpleasant smell, and I barely used any of the bottle so it provided me good value for money.

Non-toxic
I found this worked well. I was pleasantly surprised. Don't usually write reviews. Used to remove graffiti on the wall and pebble dash outside of the building my flat is in. Typical spray paint used for tags and graffiti. Sprayed it and left it for about an hour. I then used a wire brush gave it little scrub and it came off really easily. No nasty fumes/ smell. I managed to get some of the spray (spray back) in my eye and on my skin (which is usually very sensitive). It was fine. Washed with cold water. It really is safe and non-toxic Would recommend. Good to have in the cupboard for other odd jobs.

Good product.
Helped fade paint from brickwork. It's not totally gone but probably would be if I used more. It works best if you start scrubbing before it dries.

Doesn't work
I bought this graffiti remover hoping to clean up a small patch of graffiti along a canal walk I use regularly. I work from home, so getting outside matters a lot to me, and this path is one of the few green spaces around. The bright red tag really ruins an otherwise lovely walk, so I thought I’d try to do something positive. Unfortunately, this product did absolutely nothing. I followed the instructions exactly, but when I wiped away the foam it was still completely white — no paint bleeding into it at all. I scrubbed and tried again, but there was no change. If anything, the graffiti looks even brighter now. I feel pretty foolish for wasting the time and money, especially when I genuinely wanted to help improve the area. Based on my experience, this product doesn’t work at all. Don’t waste your money.

Beware: only removes paint
This stuff is easy to use and great for removing paint spray graffiti. However, it is totally ineffective at removing marker/pen etc graffiti. Would be improved if it could do both but if you’re going on a general clean of the neighbourhood you’ll need to take isopropyl with you too (or phone the council!)

Great product !
I found this product worked very well I was able to clear a metal garage door of a large amount of graffiti without a much effort preparation and technique are the answers wash and dry the area then apply the product with circular motions then dry and reapply rewash and then dry I was very pleased with the results just very slight ghosting but nothing to spoil the appearance, there was virtually no odour and I found it to be economical as well. A footnote unfortunately I had the left the graffiti for over two weeks before I removed it but I believe it would have been easier if I had I done it immediately! This says something about the quality!

Tried, tested and terminated.
Tried on a test area. Three applications to a small area of painted brick failed to make much difference even after leaving solution on for up to 60 minutes even after applying plenty of elbow grease. Dissatisfied.
