Excellent product and fast delivery
Excellent product for relaxing while the heat breaks down the crystal build up in your eyes helping to improve your comfort snd vision.

Good to keep blepharitis at bay
Ideal for keeping my blepharitis as bay. Use most morning for ten minutes and then wipe eyes with warm water. Does get a bit stained after a while. Shame it does not have a washable cover as this would be more hygienic. Have had 2 of these in the past. They seem fairly well made and of good quality.

Great product!!
This is a straight replacement for my existing bag that has been used a lot. This new one is exactly the same size etc and I have no doubt will serve me well !!

Comfortable and effective
Very effective, convenient and comfortable. It just rests on the eyes and is more effective than eye bags with straps. Purchased for bletharitis. Recommended by my optician.

Good but overpriced
It works but I think it’s overpriced for what it is.

Best practice
As advised by an Optician, the product should be used at it's hottest to gain maximum benefit for the eye condiition. When the bag cools off within the 10 minutes slot, then it is not working at the most benefit. It has been suggested to me that twice as money applications should be completed but just for 5 mins on each occasion, allowing the bag cool entirely before reheating.
