Not DOT Compliant
The picture on this listing is not what I received. There is what I believe to be a product number identifier (2 letters and 3 numbers) in bold face and white that is located below the words FLAMMABLE LIQUID and above the 3. That is an alteration of the marking that is not legal per DOT, therefore not compliant. Buyer beware on these.
