It really works well
When I saw this spatula it looked a bit small for turning over an egg frying in a pan. I have a stainless steel pan that is small and that spatula flipped it over much better than my stainless steel spatula. I was so impressed. The size was no impediment in fact I think it is a feature and the cleaning is much much easier. I recommend this spatula well made and it just works!

Great petite size
This is the perfect sized spatula for frying up a couple of eggs. I love silicone utensils, and this one has the flexibility and non-stick features that I prefer. There is a rigid core that gives it strength and structure. I chose the neutral light color that compliments my kitchen and looks good. I ended up buying two so I could give one to my daughter as well. Photo compares this smaller size (white) with my larger standard spatula (blue) in an 8" pan.

My new favorite tool
I love this spatula so much that I got the other size. Firm sturdiness with just enough flex on the front part to make it a lot more useful than many other tools in my kitchen. Cleans up really easy, nice sharp edge. I have definitely great flipability various breakfast items including an omelet.

Useless for flipping thin pancakes, but works fine for thick cakes, burgers, and omelets.
This does not work for thin pancakes made on a non-stick skillet. I tried it on a batch of buckwheat pancakes (the thin ones made with yeast) and discontinued after the first cake became a balled-up mess. The leading edge of the spatula is beveled about a quarter inch, not enough to allow the rest of it to slip under the thin pancake without causing it to crumple up. This would not be a problem if the skillet had a coat of grease, but that's not what we want. Thin pancakes are best flipped with flexible thin metal spatulas, used with care on non-stick surfaces. The GIR spatula is good if used for the ordinary thick pancakes and other flippable thick fried food because it's heat-resistant, seamless, sturdy, and easy to clean. Limited usefulness explains the three-star rating.

Perfect size
Hard to find, let alone purchase, only one mini spatula; and even harder to find one that isn't a crayon color. This is the perfect size for me for small jobs. It's been hand washed and through the dishwasher several times with success.
