NOW Supplements, True Balance™, a Multi-Vitamin, Multi-Mineral Supplement including Biotin, 120 Veg Capsules

I am 39 y/o female, overweight but otherwise healthy. I had terrible fatigue, brain fog and general apathy. I would wake up in the middle of the night and be up for 2 or 3 hrs. I would nap all afternoon. I barely had enough energy to function.About 6 months ago I came across The Mood Cure by Julia Ross, then read The Diet Cure. I somewhat combined her supplement protocol from both books. I do feel better, sleep better and my food cravings are totally gone.True Balance is one of the multis she recommends, and I was already familiar witb the Now brand.I used Now True Balance, True Focus & True Calm, plus a few other single ingredient supplements. I like the blend of ingredients, instead of just taking single nutrients and trying to find the right combination. So many nutrients work better together. This was the missing link I needed.

I've been taking two capsules per day for about two years now. I had a neurologist run a test on my Vitamin B6 level, based upon some medical complaints. He told me the normal range for Vitamin B6 is 2 - 32! Well, mine was 84 ~ and that causes pain, nerve damage, tingling and numbness. I've been diagnosed with nondiabetic neuropathy, which is rare, and have been getting treatments from an acupuncturist and laser treatments from a podiatrist, with little change, until the neurologist gave me the B6 blood results. I take no other supplements containing B6, so now I have to find another multi with much lower than 16.5mg in two capsules. Proceed with caution!!!!

Now Supplements actually suggested this for me when I asked them about a different product. I don’t normally feel a difference from taking supplements, but I did after this one. This has replaced my other multi vitamin and I am very happy with the results. It has definitely helped curb my craving and how much I need to sweeten my coffee.

Took a couple of weeks but I think I'm really starting to feel the difference. Have more energy and just an overall better feeling. Four seemed like a lot to take in one day but then again I've always wondered how they get so much stuff into one little pill.

I bought this after reading Mood Cure and I can feel the difference for sure vs other vitamins. It really provides energy as well as peaceful calm feeling. I am very pleased with NOW product line overall, but this one is great.

I'm happy to have switched to these for the excellent price and for the fact that these vitamins were recommended in the book THE DIET CURE. This book suggested adding calcium but you would have to read it to get the full picture. I feel great for a 74 year old woman who just yesterday hit the streets in NYC with husband and 3 grandkids (one only five years old;). No aches or pains today as might have been expected. Give the above mentioned book which is loaded with great information a try especially if you have issues with metabolic syndrome, fatigue, etc.

I cant take vitamins with iron and these don't have iron and help me feel great

Used to use Rainbow Light Just Once, but these NOW vitamins are much better. NOW Foods was started by Christians and their original company motto was "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." I have found all their products of the highest quality for a bargain price (especially their essential oils). Thanks NOW Foods!

配合量、内容量、成分の種類からみて国内のビタミン剤よりも圧倒的にコスパが良く、血糖値をコントロールする成分（ギムネマエキス）も入っているのも良い。しかしこの血糖コントロール成分は副作用で下痢やガス溜まりを起こすので、お腹の弱い人や重要な仕事がある場合はこれを避けて、同じブランドのデイリービッツというサプリを選んだほうが良いかもしれない。

学生時代習った厚生労働省の取り決めた１日の必要な栄養所要量は運動も労働しない、ただ息吸って寝るだけの人が必要な量であって○ァンケルとかの量では足りない。日本はサプリメント後進国。これくらい必要。

2週間ほど続けたら肌の調子が良い気がしてます。あと、汗疱で悩んでたんですが手が痒くなるのがおさまってきてる気がして、この効果かなと思いながら続けてます。間違えて毎日1粒で飲んでたのでやはり2粒にした方が良いのかなと少し悩んでるところ。確かにデカくて臭いので我慢できない人はいるかもですが、自分は効果あると思うので続けるつもりです。これは蓋も壊れないので安心してます。
