I actually liked this vitamin for daily use but I will say the serving size should be only one pill. The vitamin amount for two pills surpasses the safe max limit in a few like Zinc. That’s where some people report nausea because too much zinc leads to stomach issues. By taking one a day you still get more than you need to support your immune system but at a safe limit. I took this when I was sick and it made my cold go away a lot faster. Definitely recommend at one a day.

Bought these before an international trip, took the recommended dosage (2 pills) the entire trip (2 1/2 weeks) once i came back home and to date i have only been taking 1 pill. I began to get a “soapy” throat which could be a symptom of too much zinc. I read other reviews that stated that taking 1/2 the dosage works better for most, i would agree with that unless you’re highly exposed to germs like when going on an international trip, however if you feel you may be catching something definitely take the recommended dosage then play it by ear. So far i haven’t gotten sick at all, heres to hoping they keep doing their job.
