Good value for money
I’ve been using this for 18 months now and believe it does help with my hair loss..I suffer from frontal fibrosing alopecia and androgenetic alopecia,I will be honest I do use other products as well but a family member also uses this and we both agree with use it is effective but it’s not a quick fix..it does take time. With this product you get over a years supply at a great price,tablets are really small so easy to swallow.

Good stuff
I used to use another brand for biotin, this one had more strength of tablet and is a years worth for about a pound more! I’ve used biotin for about 8 months and definitely can see a big difference in hair growth and strength

Best value to high strength but does it work?
High strength, not too sure if they make a difference, was hoping for new hair growth but nothing noticeable, maybe it takes 6 months+ taking daily to see improvement.

Some things just take time!
I received these Biotin pills about two months ago and now I see some growth in my nails. I do suggest you keep taking them if you don't see early results.

Llevo un mes usando este suplemento de biotina y ya estoy viendo resultados reales. Lo compré porque tenía el cabello débil, con caída, y las uñas muy quebradizas. Después de unas semanas, noté que el cabello se cae mucho menos al lavarlo y se siente más fuerte al tacto. También me crecen las uñas más rápido y ya no se parten tan fácil como antes. La piel está un poco más suave y pareja, algo que no esperaba pero se agradece. Estoy tomando una cápsula al día con el desayuno y no tuve efectos secundarios. Además, estas cápsulas son pequeñas y fáciles de tragar. Lo mejor: • Fortalece cabello y uñas visiblemente • Piel más luminosa • Excelente relación calidad-precio A mejorar: El frasco podría incluir una opción con menos cápsulas para quienes recién empiezan. Muy contenta con los resultados. Lo seguiré tomando como parte de mi rutina de cuidado interno.
