Keyless Deadbolt Smart Door Lock: Sifely Digital Keyless Entry Door Lock for Front Door, Code & Fob Access, App Control, Auto Lock, Easy to Install (Black)

We purchased this for our mudroom door after already having a Sifely lock for the back door. Both were very easy to install and have worked wonderfully. They are easy to control through the app and have saved us plenty of headaches with needing to give access to repair people, family, friends, and pet sitters. The gateway works flawlessly in keeping us connected remotely. Would recommend and would purchase again.

Some of the reviews that I read gave me the impression that a number of the difficulties were not the locks fault but probably due to assumptions, bad troubleshooting or lack of experience. I had some troubles getting my new locks to work but I quickly determined and resolved the issues and found that these locks work GREAT! The design is sound but it can get complicated. One area that may need to be improved is the decision to get the gateway. I found some Youtube clips that helped understand what is going on but didn't answer if I need multiple gateways if I'm farther then bluetooth range or is there a work around if I ...... well I am not sure yet. Seems that the G2 Gateway is a simple device but costly if you need to buy more than one. I'm still going to school on this one. One of the biggest steps forward was to decide that having a smart deadbolt rather than the smart door handle checked all the boxes for us and saved us $ when I found this simple solution. We have a lot of doors and it could have gotten expensive if I let myself loose. If budget is a concern, proceed with caution. #1 - ID your most used doors and pathways and lock those down. #2 - choose to add the secondary doors if the budget allows. #3 - Then STOP............................if you want!? ;-)>

My daughter did a lot of research, and bought this deadbolt. I installed it for her, and went to Amazon and bought one for me. Easy setup, even without instructions. It works well. I like that you have the option of using a gateway (extra cost) or just Bluetooth (free). It comes with 5 physical keys, and two electronic keys (fobs), which can be set to permanent entry access or limited access. Many passcodes can be set up, with permanent, one-time, or scheduled access. So far, totally worth more than the price!

This is now my third item from Sifely and I love how accessible the item is with ease of install to app use. It fit perfect inside the existing lock. With the keyless entry function it makes it easy for family and friends to check the house and come over to hang out. Wish in came in brushed brass to match our other locks but over it’s a clean modern look.

First of all, I thought that since it was a smart lock, I could lock and unlock from my phone. Well you can but ONLY if you are 2 meters from your house! What good is that? It was working fine. Then all of a sudden one day I unlocked it with my pin, got the green light and it in locked, then afterwards it blinked red twice and then I couldn’t lock it again! Tried working with their online support and that was a TOTAL JOKE! They asked me to take apart the lock and reinstall it!!! So I did. Still same thing! Now I’m stuck with a “smart” lock that doesn’t work!

Overall I am satisfied with the Sifely products. On initial install I could not get the lock to sequence properly with the lock and the app. I was eventually able to do so. Digital deadbolts can be a challenge to install. There can be very little drag or tension on the bolt. Its took some adjustments to get the lock to operate property.

The smart lock I received is not like pictured in the listing, it is solid black and the numbers light up blue. It’s fine, not the end of the world but very difficult to see in the daylight to punch in your code. I wish it looked like the photos where circles light up with the numbers inside of them. The lock is pretty loud, and while you can turn off the beeping you can’t adjust how noisy the actual lock is. It would be nice if it had different volume settings for the beeping. Fairly often if you the lock doesn’t catch perfectly it will beep to let you know it’s not locked properly and your options are LOUD beep settings or no beeping at all. With the sound off you might not realize it didn’t catch properly. The lock was fine to install and the app works fine as well. Overall everything is OKAY, but I will probably replace it as soon as I have the budget to get something better.

Love this product! I did quite a bit of research before purchasing this lock. I waited over 2 months before writing a review just to make sure I had no issues! I can tell you that this product is well worth the money! No issues! Very responsive touchpad, keys work great and so do the fobs that come with it! I installed it at my old apartment and again at this one. No issues with installation or anything! They send you a video to watch to help you install! Be very mindful when you are installing and it talks about a right or left facing door. That part of the video is VERY IMPORTANT! We have had no issues. They batteries haven’t needed to be changed or anything! Definitely recommend this product! We might eventually add the gateway but as of now the product works great and we don’t need that. Thank you for an amazing product!
