No fillers
My ophthalmologist recommended Citicoline to help protect my optic nerves as my diagnosis is low pressure glaucoma. Hoping it will have good effect on my brain, too. After being on a different brand a few months, she found and recommended Relentless Improvement because it has no fillers. I honestly can’t say anything about it’s effectivness although a recent field of vision test showed no further deterioration. I take two in the am and one at lunch. she said it may cause insomnia. I have been sleeping well and have no side effects.

brain stimulant for me
This product definitely was a brain stimulant for me. I took a capsule at 5am and was wide awake way past midnight. I was hoping for relaxation. Everyone is different so it may be what you need. I've read reviews where it helps with sleep. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. No jittery feeling, just kept me awake way too much... the product was fresh and ships fast :)

Helps with the hangovers and other
Originally I started taking this as a sort of antidote to whatever long term issues I may have created for myself by taking an anticholinergic for such a long time (doxepin for 20 years). And in that regard I think it's helped tremendously. I think I was operating from a deficit and this helped my mental acuity in recovering from that deficit. But in that regard I think I've plateaued. However, I'm continuing with it as I've found two other benefits:- as a sleep aid. Which for me is about a 3 to 4 hour benefit. So I try to go to sleep on my own without anything in the evening at first and then use this when I wake up in the middle of the night.- as a hangover cure. I was getting a hangover during the night from just having one beer. It was driving me crazy. This stuff helped me tremendously in that department. Not something I was expecting.Note: choline (and presumably citicoline) has a long half life (72 hours if I remember right). So it's hard to get a daily dosage right. In my case, I've started to use stinging nettle root as my daily source of choline - I seem to metabolize it better than citicoline and it's easier to have a regular dose. That said, I'll take a 15 mg dose of citicoline to help when I have sleep issues. And I'll take a little bit larger does to mitigate when I think I'll have a hangover. These are small dosages, but I'm a lightweight when it comes to this type of stuff. And this isn't a daily dosage, more episodic, when I need it.

Four Stars
Overall very good choline source, my favorite out of Alpha GPC and choline bitartrate.
