Finally a Cerave Toner! There are so few reasonably priced, skin-safe, gentle toners without harsh, irritating ingredients or scents. This is a well formulated, hydrating, gentle formula I love using.I've been using Cerave Micellar Water as a toner for several years. It has a high niacinamide content and can burn and sting. This toner does not burn and sting like the Cerave Micellar Water.So if that did not agree with your skin due to the high niacinamide, this one should be okay as it does not have the high niaciniamide that can burn and sting the skin. I'm going to switch to this toner vs using the Micellar Water as toner (still will use after washing though as micellar water).This is a super gentle formula that should not sting or burn your skin unless it has underlying issues or sensitivity to the ingredients. I have very sensitive skin and tolerate it very well. It's more of a light hydrating toner vs cleansing or astringent type.It's nice by itself or layered under moisturizer or sunscreen. It doesn't make other products rub off on top of it or apply badly. It's not going to be the sole or only hydration for normal to dry skinned folks, but for some oily or combo skin folks it might be just enough to add light hydration.It has no fragrance, the texture is watery as expected and it applies easily. It can be just a touch sticky for a moment on the skin until it dries fully, but doesn't leave the skin feeling sticky. Nor does it leave the skin feeling irritated, itchy, burny or "tight" feeling. It feels soothing on the skin. I highly recommend it and will continue using it.

WOW! Great budget find! I try loads of products and this one is a great alternative to micellar cleansers, makeup removers, and expensive hydrating toners like Laneige's milky ceramide toner. I am using this as an AM cleanser or to remove sunscreen in PM before washing. It's super gentle, nicely hydrating, and budget friendly. Micellar waters burn my skin so this is a great alternative to that in hard water areas where you don't want to wash your face. This fills a niche in my regimen and I'll rebuy it for sure. I also love that it's already emulsified - unlike eye makeup removers that you have to shake up, this one is just a single fluid.

This is my favorite toner and it is offered at a great price. I have extremely sensitive skin and eczema, so I use this right after I shower on my face and I feel that it has significantly helped moisturize my skin. It does not dry out your skin at all, but is instead hydrating. It is a large bottle that lasts me a couple months, so I'm very pleased with the price for that amount of use. It is not oily and does not clog my pores or cause acne. I wouldn't go back to not using this because it is so helpful for my skincare.

I am 39 and my skin is edging towards "mature". I use tretinoin every night, so all my other products in my skincare routine need to be hydrating! I absolutely love this alcohol-free hyaluronic and ceramides toner! It balances and hydrates the skin beautifully! I usually am more of a Sephora girl when it comes to skincare, but the reviews were great so I decided to try it. I am so glad I did! It works well above it's price tag! If you're on a budget, or even if you're not, this toner is great for drier skin! I even use it on my lips to hydrate before my (famous) lip sleep mask at night or lipstick in the morning!

Love the feel of my face after i use this. You can see the dirt that is left behind from washing on the cotton ball. I can see a difference in my pore size also

I don't like it. Yes it is moisturizing & yes it does give a glow but it leaves my face sticky & nasty to the touch. I would love it if it just wasn't sticky
