I have bought various candles and t lights that are battery operated over the years, and I genuinely had to review these, they are excellent, they feel real to handle, look real and the led is actually on a wick! So that can be moved manually, they look amazing. Also bonus they come with a battery that is good for up to 400 hours, but I did buy myself some spare CR2450 ready just in case.

Got these candles for my staircase. They are realistic looking and flicker like real candles. They came in religiously every night at the same time and turned off six hours later. Great. However, when the batteries began to wane in power, the fun started. The candles would come on at any time they chose, pure random lighting. It was like a lottery - guess the time which candle is going to illuminate. Very entertaining. But please note that I did completely drain the batteries before I changed them, so I need not have such random on times. The life of the batteries was about three months so I am not complaining. The only bummer of these candles is that changing the batteries is difficult. It took me ages to get the old battery out, in the end I had to use a pair of tweezers to lever the battery out of its casing. A little design flaw that could be rectified with a little groove in the side. I love these candles partly for their beauty and partly for the entertainment value. I have subsequently bought a further two sets!!!

Nice realistic candles with good level of brightness. The timer aspect is fabulous as all housed in lanterns that you have to open. Having these switch on and off automatically is a real game changer, as we can use our lanterns every day, rather than just at weekends. Nice surprise that they come with batteries. I have ordered two sets of the 5cmx5cm ones now the timer is great and the battery is very good so far and the led is very good the quality is fantastic but I have them on my fireplace and the effect is brilliant just now looking for some holders to put the others in has their bigger than normal tealight holders but I love them quickly delivered and came packed perfectly

Items as described and I was pleased with the quality for the money. They look more like natural candles than other products I have seen. Easy to use. Batteries last for duration of the purpose they were bought for.
