I use these for a bicep injury that was slow in healing. Nice, warm sensation when put on. All-over easier movement with less pain

Works very good so far my second patch now I have a question could the heating effect be reaction to the inflammation or the actual pain area problem if you're understanding me is it more hot where the actual injury is or the problem is versus if you put it on a healthy part of the body it doesn't get hot, if so I'm hitting the right spot 'cause it's pretty warm but I can take it off whenever I can't handle it anymore right so I'm not worried about that

At first I was very excited and hopeful when I opened the package. The size, smell and adhesion were good. The first day when I used the patches, I felt like I somewhat better. I followed the directions, so the next day I replaced the patches with new ones. After a few hours, my legs became itchy under the patches. I felt some heat, but it was not an uncomfortable sensation. When I removed them immediately, both sites on my legs where the patches had been were full of a rash. I washed my legs and applied an ointment. That relieved my discomfort, so I will wait another day and try again. I’m so disappointed because while the patches were on my legs I did experience some relief.

Love these. Really put off some heat. I use them on my back. Go on easy and can be removed easy as well.
