This ube halaya arrived quickly and well sealed, which I really appreciated. The flavor is excellent—rich and authentic, not overly sweet. I used it to make an ube cheesecake, and it came out perfectly with a deep ube flavor that wasn’t artificial or sugary. This is a great product! I used it to make Ube Crinkle cookies. The cookies turned out moist and soft and just the right amount of sweet. The jar I purchased was the perfect amount for my recipe. I will buy this product again when I want to make the Ube crinkle cookies again in the future.

I like it, don't love it bc i need to know how to use it. I don't want to eat it straight from the jar, which is good too.

Arrived with the lid seal popped and leaking. Product was ineligible for a return even when damaged.
