All you need. I've also had a couple 601's throughout the years. I feel, for paramedical purposes, this is perfect. Clear sound... nice, loud, even in a noisy ambulance. You can never go wrong with an Adscope! ♥️🙏

I got this because I wanted a dual head like my Littman and to compare with the cardiology 601 model. To me, they sound exactly the same, but I'm also a nurse, not a doctor. So maybe I'm not hearing like how docs need to hear. I've had a 603 since 2021 from a hospital I used to work at and I had it before my Littman. When I got my Littman, I was like, my ADC is way better. And it has a longer tube! You can actually turn your head to look at something *while* still listening to what you're listening to on the patient. I also let a coworker who is in nursing school use it on a patient and she asked what kind it was as she really liked it. I bragged to her about how it was better in my opinion as well, haha. And such a better price too! So what if you can't customize colours like you can with Littman. Would be cool, but quality over looks is what matters. I got the mirror teal. It looks different in pictures, but I absolutely LOVE the colour that it is in person.

I am a big fan of the ADScope for many years. Great acoustic and even superior over Lithmann. I gave my stethoscope to other providers to compare and they said the same. I think the biggest problem is tubing. It can get cracked around 2 years of use. But the company gives a lifetime warranty and its not a big deal. I got a replacement tubing for the first one, but then someone took my stethoscope and did not return it, so I bought another one. The rim and the diaphragm are broken in about 3 years of intense use but per the lifetime warranty, i got a replacement. I plan to buy the cardiology one.

I must say that this is BY FAR the best stethoscope I have felt and tried in my hands and ears. It has a great weight to it, not too heavy, but also not too light. DEFINITELY doesn't feel like a toy, like cheaper stethoscopes feel. I have tried both MDF and prestige medical and let me tell you that I did not like them at all, the MDF had a nice sound to it, but this one sounds much better and is able to isolated better better because it has VERY nice eartips. ALSO, i've tried Littmans (was not mine) and they have nice quality , almost comparable to this amazing quality. I love the materials used for the chest piece and love that it does NOT have STIFF tubing, it's able to fold and unfold easily all by itself. The color is beautiful and not unprofessional for a vet, the adult/ ped diaphragm is a MUST for the wide variety of animals we deal with everyday.

My new favorite scope (over my littman)

Unbeatable for the price I paid. I used this to hear our baby's heartbeat in the womb. Not easy to find, but it reassured mum on a number of occasions when she hadn't felt our little one kick for a while! Take the time to learn how to use it however, you need to twist the head to change which side works, and each side responds to different frequencies better or worse. When we went to the hospital to deliver our baby, I noticed a lot of doctors and nurses using this exact model. Says it all. Did you find this review Helpful?

It's better than my Littmann's. better price, amazing acoustics. I was happy to know that I can change the ear tips and the tube length. PS, be very careful when adjusting the tube length. I'm happy with it. very proud to use it around the hospital.

La campana pesa demasiado, tiene buen sonido, pero al pesar tanto si lo llevas en el cuello se mueve mucho y es incomodo
