How do I reset the unit if the display is flashing?

A flashing display indicates that the unit has been overloaded (the spur has a maximum load of 3kw or 3000w). The unit contains a safety device which protects it from excessive loads. When the safety device is triggered, the display will flash, and the unit will enter ‘safe’ mode. To reset the unit, simply remove the power from the unit for a minimum of 30 mins. Then, reconnect the power and insert a pointed instrument into the reset button on the front of the unit (for approx. 10 seconds) before resetting the time and programmes. Do you sell second hand items?

No. We have never, and would never, sell used or second hand items on Amazon. If a customer returns an order, Amazon assesses its condition. If the item is unused/unopened, it is returned to the inventory pool for sale. If the item has been opened/used/damaged, it is disposed of. I purchased this but it wont allow me to set a timer to switch on at 18:00 and switch off at 02:00am the following day? Please advise.

The programme schedule works from midnight to midnight. If you want to set a programme to run across midnight, you need to set one programme to end at 2359 and the next programme to start at 0000. For more information, please visit our hints and tips blog on our website.
