Why did you pick this product vs others?: We originally purchased two of these and they worked great for more than over a year. One unit has stayed connected to a lobby TV, playing a looping slide show, 24/7 and is still working great. The second device was hit and miss with connecting, but I chalked it up to user misuse. BUT.... we had purchased three more, as spares to be used as needed. The spares sat unopened for a couple of month, and when I went to use them, none of the transmitters worked. All the Receivers worked with Airplay, but their transmitters failed to connect. Took them offsite to make sure there was not some sort of local interference, still the transmitters failed. Send one back, the replacement they sent failed as well. Can't be troubled with inconsistent performance. The others had sat on the shelf too long to return. I assume they have a QC problem since the original purchased device is still working but the more recently purchased devices failed right out of the box.

No more wires to trip over! This is the best one I could find! I love that it connects to a laptop at only one location and doesn't require a second cable. I have the receiver connected to a TV in my office and use the transmitter for when a co worker comes in and want to share their screen. If I had to list a con it would be the color but the orange makes it easy to find it.

So we bought this as a back up to my already built in entertainment system in my SUV. What the information doesn't tell you up front is that not all streaming will work with this device. We are able to conveniently stream/cast Netflix but not Hulu. It is small and portable, great to travel with and very simple to connect. The picture quality did not disappoint.

Works across the conference room from the furthest seat. It is good quality and connect quickly. anyone can plug it into usb c port and present to our big screen tv.

The transmitter didn’t work well for me but it’s completely useless anyway because the receiver is so good. Connects easily and stays connected. No issues running video. I was happily surprised. I used micros WiDi for years. This surpasses that.

more work than just plug and play. the usb charging wire gets me nervous with the heat generated whether you the tv power supply or the wall outlet.

Werkt niet bij mij, niet voor ipad pro naar samsung tv maar ook niet met LG tv. Krijg alleen een scherm met afbeelding van het model maar spiegelt niet. Helaas teruggestuurd

der USB-C Anschluss (statt USB-A) ist für mich die beste Lösung, weil meine Geräge, und neuerdings ja auch iPhones USB-C, haben. Dadurch benötigt das gerät auch keine zusäztuliche Stomversorgung am sendenden Gerät, d.h. den Stom den es braucht erhält es über den USB-C Anschluss. Am Empfangsgerät am TV steckt man einfach beide Kabel. Alle neuen TVs haben Buchsen dafür, so dass man keine extra Steckdose benötigt. Selbst wenn das Empfangsgerät hinter dem TV hängt, empfängt es sehr gut. Die Bildübertragung klappt einwandfrei. Allerdings verstehe ich nicht, warum das Bild nicht "ausgenützt" wird vom Fernseher. Ich habe ringsum, also an allen 4 Seiten, einen schwarzen Rand. Offensichtlich kann das gerät nicht die Auflösung vom Fernseher. Das schränkt für mich zumindest die Nutzung ein. Ich beschränke mich auf die Dinge, die ich vom iphone / ipad unbedingt übertragen bekommen muss. Ansonsten schaue ich normales TV.

We purchased this item in the hopes we would be able to watch dowloaded content from Netflix / Prime, etc. on our TV in the RV. We download content before we travel to watch offline when camping. We were using the Apple HDMI to Lightning adapter but it worked only intermittently and it left you tethered to the TV with your device. Received this item yesterday and tested last night and it worked great! Only downfall is it only works with USB-C devices - and a generic USB-C to Lightning converter won't work for iPhones/iPads with lightning connection. I have reached out to manufacturer in hopes they can provide a converter option.
