Quality and features and pricing unbeatable
I think this is one of the best printer of my life. Many printer i bought in my life like brother, epson etc. But this is best. In 1 setting it prints both sides of pages automatically no need to touch page. Scan quality is good. Colour print quality is superb. I don't know why this is very cheap in price. Price should be 30,000 but i bought it at 21000

Faulty sensor in a brand new product. Terrible service from Amazon
We bought a new printer as we needed to print a lot of pages in the exam season. The print quality is great but the printer started giving errors every few minutes ("print head" error). I called Amazon helpline but they washed their hands off it (so, if you do buy this product, better to buy at an offline dealer who can provide some support on a brand new product) I called HP helpline. They claimed that the product warranty is over based on the serial number. When I told them that I just bought it 3 days ago from Amazon, they asked me for invoice and other documents and after 4-5 days, they rectified the warranty. Meanwhile, I logged a separate complaint for a technician to visit. Firstly, they took 2 days to visit after a follow-on call. The technician initally said, it was a both the print heads were damaged. But later they agreed to replace the parts. After 3 days, they came with a 'sensor' which they said was the problem and not the printheads. They replaced and it is working fine (though it is just 2 days since the repair happened). Overall, very disappointed that a brand new product from HP came with a faulty sensor. While I am grateful that they repaired it, I don't feel good that it is flawless after paying over 20,000 for it. And main lesson learnt it such products aren't worth buying online since these platforms take zero responsibility for any after-sales issues.

Return was late but was in God condition
This time the product came perfectly fine and installation was smooth printer is working good. Thank you Amazon for helping out.

WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT for a sub-standard product
RIDICULOUS AND VERY SLOW CUSTOMER SUPPORT PROCESS My Printer is not feeding in paper ("E4" error) when print command is sent. Called support help line. They said their authorised service center will contact via email with quotation. Firstly, no email contact was made by them for a very long time. When I called them again, they said the service center had been blacklisted, and they would now refer my case to another one (why couldn't they automatically transfer my case in the first place without me requiring to call them, when they themselves had blacklisted it). While the new service center contacted with quotation, their process is really RIDICULOUS - First make payment for the visit fee, then they will schedule visit - during visit if any parts identified to be replaced, they will send another quotation after 2 days, then we pay in advance, then they will order parts, then they will again schedule visit... This is worse than bureaucracy in govt orders... Why can they not carry parts while making the support visit based on the symptoms/error code? In my case the first technician arrived after multiple followups. He had zero knowledge. He tried convincing me that it was printer heads issue - which was illogical - I made him accept that this was not the issue. He then delegated the case to another technician, who arrived after 4 days and multiple followups. This technician, after a lot of "troubleshooting" has stated today that it "looks like" issue with the backbone (which will cost ~6K), and another part (wiper) also "may" need to be changed. But he is not confident about it. According to him, he is not even sure the part (wiper) would be available - how can a part not be available for a running product (this model is still available for sale on Amazon)? I again will need to prepay for the parts after they send quotation after 2 days - then they will order parts, then schedule visit again... Not sure it would work anyway... Long story short - WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT for a sub-standard product

Awsum printer with great features
Best printer for office and home use.. just got it only in Rs. 14000 during diwali sale... Gazab ki speed and print quality hai 20ppm for b/w and 15ppm for colour.. Just go for it...
