I have aother Vmoda headset, and this doesn't compare. I'm still evaluating these, so I may give an update soon.

You get what you pay for.These have terrible sound quality, probably about the same as a pair of earphones you can buy from a gas station. Not worth the money. And the packaging is the worst design I’ve ever seen. Super unclear how to open the box so I ended up ripping it apart.Returning.

Update: had to decrease star rating because they lasted about 8 months before one side went out. I store in a case and am careful with my wire management. Will not repurchase.I really like all the different earpieces. I find the sport ones fit and are comfortable and stay in my ears for hours easily. The sound quality for me is really good for this type of headphone. The call quality for me is also good for this type of headphone. The case is nice leather with good magnet closure. It is a little too small because I don't want to scrunch up my cord. I use a different case and put my splitter cord in this case because it is a good small case for electronic doodads. The white and gold is pretty, I think. As I said, I can hear very well on calls and so far everyone I talk to hears me as well. The only bad thing is that my dad, who cannot hear me very well when I use headphones, can tell I am wearing these and complains. This will be tested again and I will change this if it changes. He is the reason for the 4 stars but it may be just him... these type of headphones I can rarely talk to him and use. These are new so not sure if they will hold up. I have high expectations for the price. My main expectation after meeting comfort and sound basics is that these don't start shorting out and last. These will be every day use headphones.

I bought this for my sister because I have loved vmoda ever since I got a pair a few years ago and I also own the vmoda Zns which I absolutely love. My sister loved them at first because she was replacing a pair of Skullcandy and she said the sound is amazing and loved the 3 button mic. Problem is, which is why in docking 2 stars, is that recently in late August, she said that the buttons stopped working even though the mic still works and the sound on them are perfect. I looked at them and I don't see anything wrong with them and she always keeps them in the pouch when not in use and she's really careful with them because she loves them. So we're still not really sure why the buttons no longer work.

Don't bother. This is the SECOND pair of these I have ordered from Amazon. The first was used/"good as new"/certified by Amazon, but arrived broken and missing parts. Returned those, and this second pair I purchased brand new. I purchased the rose gold/white. Immediately out of the box, they were stained black all over the place and dirty. Couldn't rub the stains out. The very first time I put them in my ears, they kept crackling and zapping the inside of my ears. I gave them one more try, and again, they were crackling and zapping my ears...IMMEDIATELY OUT OF THE BOX. Really disappointed in V-Moda's decline in quality here. Had a pair of their earbuds ~10 years ago that were great. I've been trying to find an adequate replacement for ages, but these are garbage. Won't be buying V-Moda again.Update: Went put on a limb, and bought Munitio Nines instead. Much happier with the Nines - great sound, solid construction, nylon wrapped cord. If you’re not sure what to get instead of V-Moda, try the Munitio Nines!

I was so excited for these headphones, as I want really great sound with good looks on in-ear headphones. These headphones look good, feel good, and are from a brand I trust.Unfortunately, they were not good. The sound quality was like that of $5 headphones from Target. There was a strange crackling, too, whenever listening to low volume music. They we're really not what I expected, and I could not recommend them to anyone. Buy some Sennheiser at this price point.

Very good sonics except voices seemed very recessed/diminished/quiet in both music and video. Returned them as this defeated two of my goals: 1. Watching TV shows on my phone while working out and 2. Keeping the volume as low as possible to save my ears.

I've had these headphones for two weeks. In the first week, one of the "sport fins" included came off on its own twice, and the second time it went missing, permanently. By week two, the jack was bent (it's a somewhat strange shape -- not straight and not a 90 degree angle, so very easily bent and I am not a rough user) and the left headphone stopped working. A few hours later, the right headphone stopped, too. Maybe they're just defective, since I'm not seeing any other reviews like this. I'm getting replacements, but if I have these kinds of issues again so soon after purchase, I'll be returning them and getting another brand. I really expected more at this price point.

Ich besitze die V-Moda Forza Metallo nun über ein Jahr und möchte meinen Eindruck gerne mit euch teilen:Fazit:Ich komme direkt zu Fazit, füge jedoch auch eine detaillierte Bewertung bei.Es handelt sich hierbei um durchaus gute Mittelklasse-Kopfhörer, die für die meisten ein sauberes und schönes Klangbild liefert. Mit der Haltbarkeit von etwa einem Jahr sind sie weder besonders gut noch besonders schlecht. Sollten sie im Angebot zu finden sein (zwischen 25€ und 35€) kann ich sie durchaus empfehlen. Von einem Erwerb zum Vollpreis (ca. 100€) würde ich allerdings abrate, da für diesen Preis noch zu viel Verbesserungspotential besteht.Klangbild:Die In-Ear Kopfhörer können im Tieftonbereich einen schönen, satten und warmen Bass bilden, der ein angenehmes Klangbild erzeugt. Zwar verlieren die Tiefen dadurch ein wenig an Präzision, jedoch führt dies gerade im Bereich der elektronischen Musik zu einem stimmigen Gesamteindruck. Die Mitteltöne werden sauber und ohne Probleme gespielt und gerade die Stimmen werden schön hervorgehoben. Lediglich die Töne im hohen Frequenzbereich wirken ein wenig unterrepräsentiert. Dies fällt jedoch nur bei genauem Hinhören auf.Hierzu muss ich anmerken, dass ich grundsätzlich sehr angetan vom Klangbild der V-Moda Kopfhörer bin (insb. der M-100 Over Ear Kopfhörer). Für Fans bestimmter musikalischer Stilrichtungen kann der Eindruck also durchaus abweichen. Sollten die Kopfhörer im Angebot erhältlich sein schadet es jedoch nicht diese auszuprobieren.HaltbarkeitWie schon erwähnt besitze ich diese Kopfhörer nun seit über ein Jahr und stelle leider fest, dass diese so langsam ihren Geist aufgeben. Der linke Kopfhörer scheint trotz sorgfältiger Behandlung einen Kabelbruch erlitten zu haben, da dieser nur noch deutlich leiser und teilweise gar nicht mehr zu hören ist. Die verstärkten Kabelstücke an den Kopfhörern und dem Klinkenanschluss hielten sehr lange, lösen sich jedoch inzwischen auch auf. Die Lebenserwartung liegt somit bei etwa einem Jahr und ist mit denen vieler anderer Kopfhörer in dieser Preisklasse vergleichbar (ausgehend vom Angebotspreis von ca. 25€).Tragekomfort:Der Tragekomfort der Kopfhörer ist durch die verschiedenen Aufsätze sehr angenehm. Auch die beiliegenden Aufsätze für die Ohrmuschel helfen die Kopfhörer an der richtigen Stelle zu halten. Es ist aber zu berücksichtigen, dass diese durch die Metall-Teile schwerer sind als andere Modelle und so nach unten ziehen. Es ist daher zu empfehlen sie mit dem Aufsätzen über die Ohrmuschel zu führen. Selbstverständlich können diese auch normal getragen werden, allerdings kann das erhöhte Gewicht dazu führen, dass sie nicht immer perfekt sitzen.Verpackung & AusstattungNun zu dem Teil der Bewertung, der für viele wahrscheinlich weniger bedeutsam ist, daher mache ich es kurz. Die Kopfhörer kommen in einer für V-Moda typischen 6-eckigen Verpackung, welche die Kopfhörer sowie verschiedene Aufsätze für die jeweiligen Ohrengrößen enthält. Sie sind sicher verpackt und vermittelt einen wertigen Eindruck. Dabei liegt eine kleine ledrige Aufbewahrungstasche. Diese sieht ebenfalls wertig aus, ist jedoch so klein, dass die Kopfhörer stark aufgewickelt werden müssen, was meiner Meinung nicht zur Langlebigkeit beiträgt.

Sound quality is very good. I'm glad I bought these, and I cannot leave the house without these. It sounds a lot better than the apple earphones.

These are the first in-ear's I've had for a while. I always found them uncomfortable, but these are so comfy I forget they are there. I use these for my daily train commute and leave my heavy phones at home.Sound quality is superb, not bass monsters thank goodness, but beautifully clear sound, not too warm an not too bright at the treble end. I've used these for everything from Opera, orchestral, jazz, rock, solo piano and everything sounds so musical. I listened to Puccini's Turandot all the way through and at the end tried to take them off as if I had my round the ear AKG'S on they were still so comfortable. Definitely worth a listen if you are looking for some new IEM's.
