This works really well. It's quite accurate and links with the app very well in my experience. The setup was easy and the cool thing is the app sets up a graph showing you where you were and where you are now also it gives body Water Analysis this I liked because it gave me information about the food I eat and whether or not it's making me retain water. I’m on the keto diet and this has helped a lot in determining what’s going on when I inevitably plateau at a certain weight. It will let me know if I’m still losing fat weight even if my weight is overall the same. I’ve found that often when I stall at a certain weight I’m gaining more muscle mass or bone mass which is great to see. The price point is great and it seems to be quite accurate.

Excellent value for an 8-electrode smart body fat scale. The readings seem accurate, but the smart features only work if you keep the app open, which is inconvenient. It also requires creating an account with the Fitday app, and I’m personally uncomfortable registering with a lesser-known app that may collect personal data.
