It is a great machine. I had a stack about 9 inches high of stuff to spread and it was no time before it was all done.

I have had this Shredder for 6 or 8 months now, the design is great, seems to be really good quality, I have had zero jams. Works very well, I like that it takes 12 sheets, saves me sometime with shredding bank statements or credit card statements or old tax papers from more than 7 years ago. Not extremely loud, great value for the money. I highly recommend.

This cross cut shredder works fairly well, but seems to struggle with more than a few pages of paper. It’s OK for the price, but not very impressive.

I have only used it a few times, so I hope it lasts a while. I like how it shreds the paper smaller and the little window to see how much is in there. The price was what I was going for. The on and off switch is touchy, so I hope that lasts.

I’m very happy with this shredder Works great I like that it’s small since I use for my own stuff. I received it on time was packaged really good.

I bought it for my mother for Christmas she really likes it, she said it works great.

This is a good product for the price if you need to do occasional shredding. On the plus side it does a nice job with the cross-cut and completely destroying documents. On the down side, the handle broke on the first day and it doesn't do the best with credit cards. I would say that if your use case is occasionally getting rid of junk mail, old financial documents, medical paperwork, etc., then this will work. If you need to shred more than 10 or 20 pages in a week, look for something different.

I bought this in March, have used it maybe 6 times..I used it carefully, never jamming, never overloading..and the entire white plastic shredder bracket inside just shattered, it stopped automatically and is now not useable..I am so sick of products that do not perform!! If this is how all of their products work, don't waste your money!!

This product was not suitable for 240v Australian connection ( 110 v USA only ) Returning it was big hassle. Costed 140 aud for return shipment and then the seller refunded the amount. I then had to spend days liasing with Amazon support to get the shipment fee reimbursed. Please do not buy if you are from Australia.
