Fitdeck Exercise Playing Cards for Guided Sports Workouts

I purchased this pack to help add a fun dynamic to our family. Our boys are in sports and we wanted to just add a little extra in our movements as we're doing Remote Learning through the school and as we move into our winter snow months and are stuck indoors. This is just a great way to workout as a family. Both my boys, 7 & 4 years old, LOVE to make up the rules to these cards and lead our exercise. Rules seem to change as we go and it totally works since it makes it more fun. You don't need any equipment, just a little bit of space (super fun if you can take it outside). We are able to make some of these cards into a competition between each other. These come in a tin can so it keeps the cards from getting lost around the house and it just looks great and inviting. This is a great stocking stuffer for any kiddo.

Great idea. It really makes swimming more fun than you think, and I am motivated to swim more and do as many cards as possible. My only problem is it needs butterfly cards. That is my favorite stroke and sadly the only mention butterfly gets is in the "stroke of your choice" cards. I'll buy this again if butterfly cards are added.

The product concept: Awesome! Quality: Great (they could be more solid) Functionality: Great What I actually use it for: I use it as I teach ESL students and we do breaks in between. I've used it with my energetic sons at home on a rainy day. I've used them as a health and wellness professional to help kids for an ice breaker activity. I don't always use it as a game, but it is SO helpful to just have pictures to give younger ones the gist of what to expect in moving a certain way. As a personal trainer, I'd also say it saves time if you fan them out at stations. They are so versatile and I'm more than satisfied with my purchase.

I saw these on a Shark Tank rerun and ordered them immediately. We received them in the mail today and I played them with my 5 year old. He absolutely loved them, and I had a blast too! He couldn’t get all the moves precisely but he’ll learn with repetition and time. It also came with a booklet of suggested activities you can do with the cards (i.e. an obstacle course with a different card at each station). The cards are sturdy and have clear directions and pictures to illustrate the exercises. We will be getting a lot of use out of these and I’m purchasing more for myself. Overall a great purchase!

I have an 8yr old and a 6yr old. Both are homeschooling lately. We use these cards often when we need brain breaks or if they have been a bit sedentary Ill make a fun game and do a few of these to keep them active and flowing. The kids like them so we find ways to include them. They love the poses and it sometimes is like yoga with regular cardio and strength. Theyre fun.
