Company was willing to work with me to settle an issue. I didn't like the product because I was expecting to get the Flying Saucers with the small sweet sugary pellets inside, but these are more like small soft sweet tarty things inside. I gave it 4 stars because the product is not tasty in my opinion, but company was willing to work with me.
