I’ve been using this cereal for a year. Yes it is pricey, but I like the fact that it stays crispy unlike many other cereals. I use one half cup in the AM and add various nuts and low carb berries. I follow a low carb high protein diet using almost no sugar and am in very good health for my age! There are many different flavors including chocolate so variety is available. I believe what I spend on products like this even out as I spend much less on trips to the doctor and expensive drugs!
