-Lost package, delivered to wrong apartment then handed over to security after 5 days from delivery, -kit does not come with finger brush

Quality is good. The three head brush is really very useful. The toothpaste seems good so far. Worth for the price paid. Fast delivery from US to SG. The only downside is the delivery service sucks.I am at home but he didn’t make an effort to ring the bell to check and left the parcel outside without my approval (I don’t think they are gonna be liable if the parcel gets lost so…. ). Very disappointing.
