Lives up to expectations- use as directed
I've been using this for for at least two years. I don't want to be without it. It does everything it claims to. For my cats sure it works on stains but it really takes care of odor. I have hardwood floors that are older (original nice wood flooring but old) so urine can seep down between the wood. This gets down there and takes care of the odor so the cats don't return to the spot after an accident. I've also used it on walls and on tile and grout. So far it hasn't damaged any surface and a little does go further than other products. One bottle lasts a long time. I've also used this in a pinch to wipe the sides of litter boxes to remove residue before company comes. I've even used it on non-pet related things and stains.I'm very unhappy that it hasn't been available since before December. I check back frequently. I would've bought a whole case if I knew it wasn't going to be available. I'm searching for other sources but I really hope it is carried here again- and soon!

This was alright, but it didn't really get the smell out of the throw rug.
It's okay, but didn't work for me. I got better results with bac-out for the smell.

Miracle stain remover- no joke.
This stuff is the absolute bomb!!!! I kid you not that it gets out ANY stain. I had a rust stain on the carpet and I heated it up and boom it's gone. I call it my miracle stain remover.

Great stuff but cannot find it anymore. Yikes.
Absolutely but now cannot get on amazon any longer. Best stuff on face of earth and if used correctly does the job. What happened to this product? Only a few containers are left available.

It works better than any other product that I have used
It works better than any other product that I have used. The other products left a residual stain, but "Get Serious" displayedno such residual.

Good product!
Got a puppy who is going thru house training. This seems to clean any smell and staining. It doesn't have any odd aftersmell at all. Good product!

didnt work
I have used the product as recommended. Still have the odor in the carpet. does not work as the product suggested.
