My 8 year old granddaughter really loved this book. She is a great reader but still loved that it even though it has so many pictures in it. Great fun. I admit I had a good flick though it myself.

Next instalment of cat kid
The media could not be loaded. My grandson loves drawing his own comic strips, complete with characters he’s invented, so these books are right up his street, they give him great ideas, especially with the different types of comic strips in the book, he not one for reading much, but he loves Daves books, and this encourages him to read more.The book is hard back and easy to read. It is in comic book format, in several different styles, most are colour but some are black and white.See video for examples.My grandson loved it so much, he read it as soon as it arrived.

Fun Read for Kids, But a Bit Repetitive

However, some of the jokes and themes start to feel repetitive if you’ve read the earlier books, so parents may find it less fresh than the first volumes.
