Recommended for Hair Loss – It Really Works!
I’ve been using the Hims Minoxidil for several months now and I can confidently say it works! This product has become a regular part of my routine, and I’ve noticed a significant difference – the hair shedding has slowed down dramatically, and I’m even starting to see some regrowth in areas that were thinning. One of the things I appreciate most is how easy it is to apply. The dropper makes it simple to target the areas where I need it most, and it absorbs quickly without leaving my scalp greasy or sticky. It’s also unscented, which I really like. This is not a product you can skip once you start seeing results – it becomes essential. If you’re dealing with hair thinning or early hair loss, don’t wait. This stuff works if you’re consistent. ✅ Pros: • Noticeable reduction in hair loss • Easy and clean application • Lightweight, non-greasy formula • Unscented and gentle on the scalp • Promotes visible regrowth with regular use • Affordable compared to other brands ❌ Cons: • Requires daily use to maintain results (but totally worth it) This product is a must-have in my routine. I’ll continue to repurchase it without hesitation. Thank you, Hims, for giving me back my confidence!

Works for women too!
When I was researching the active ingredient, I saw that there’s a Her’s version that’s half as potent and applied twice daily. As I already struggled with oily scalp, doing a twice daily treatment was concerning. Luckily, there are studies showing that there’s no difference in effectiveness between 5% once daily and 2.5% twice daily for women! And the results speak for themselves. Great for women with PCOS and male-patterned hairline recession! Now, this doesn’t work only on your head hair. I learned the hard way that if it dripped down my face or I slept on it at night, my peach fuzz started to grow darker and thicker, too. I found best results by dipping a q-tip into the oil and dabbing it along my hairline and thin areas, then putting on a silk bonnet overnight to keep the oil contained. Results can take time, and you have to be super consistent or it starts to fade away again. But for the dedicated, this can be life changing.

Severe Headaches After First Use – Beware!
I purchased Him Foam Hair Regrowth Treatment with the hope of seeing positive results, but unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing due to severe side effects. After applying the product for the first time yesterday, I began experiencing intense headaches that have persisted and worsened. Today, the headache is so severe that I can barely function. This is completely unacceptable for a product intended for long-term use. carefully followed the instructions and applied the product as directed, but the reaction was immediate and unbearable. A product that causes such extreme side effects after a single application raises serious concerns about its safety.Given that this product has severely impacted my well-being, I cannot continue using it and am seeking an immediate refund. This is not a minor discomfort—this is a debilitating side effect that prevents me from going about my daily activities. If headaches are a known side effect, this should be clearly stated on the packaging in bold warnings so that consumers can make an informed decision. At the very least, customers should have the ability to return the product if they experience unbearable side effects. I am requesting a full refund and expect the company to take responsibility for products that cause significant harm to customers.

Works on all parts of the scalp
Many people have given this product a low rating because of the package instructions saying it's for use only on certain parts of the scalp. From what I've read, Minoxidil works no matter what part of your scalp you put it on. It would even grow hair on body parts other than your head. FDA requirements dictate what can be put on the label re: correct usage, and whether it's for men or women based on whatever trials the product has gone through. If this strength and and format hasn't been tested on women, then the package can't legally say it's for women, even if it actually works great. People should do their own quick research on Minoxidil to get a better understanding about this. That being said, I've had thin hair for years, and in the last couple of years it has started shedding a lot. I use this in combination with a biotin supplement and have noticed a decrease in the amount of shedding. There's also been new growth, which I'm not as thrilled about because all the new hairs are coming in grey! Then I have to increase the frequency of my color touch ups :-)

I'm sure works as it should in time, but this burned my scalp
I'm sure this would work with use over time, and I plan to try the drops instead. I thought the foam would be easier, because with dropper style products I always wind up feeling like I'm not getting the right amount and then overuse it. But the foam was really hard to get to where it needed to go. If the spot you're putting it on is large, or you have a shaved head, then it might be easier to use the foam. But if you still have enough hair surrounding the spots that need this, then the foam just winds up getting all over the hair more than it does on the scalp. Feel like most of one pump of this was wasted into the surrounding hair, and it also left residue in the hair. If it's bad for this to rub off on other stuff/people/animals/etc, then having residue on the outside of my hair is not a good thing right? Idk. And the bit that did get on my scalp burned on contact. It didn't burn the skin in my hands though. But the burning on my scalp only lasted maybe less than 30 seconds, so I didn't think much of it. But when i felt that area of my scalp later in the day it felt quite scabbed up like it had gotten some chemical burn or something. I also have dyed hair around the area, and I thought the dye has been totally settled in my hair for some time now, yet when I used this it made the dye bleed onto my fingers. I'm going to use the drops instead because maybe they will be easier to administer.
