I'd say pretty well, but don't use it solely as a weight loss item. I paired it with my exercise and eating better. I was already losing weight but this seemed to help it along faster.

Where exactly is this company located? All I find online is a popular company called nutrafaza but nothing on nuttrafaza. This seems sketchy to me.

No idea where the company is from. I have bought this product several times, on Amazon, and I have never had an issue with it. I would play safe and order for Amazon, not actual company. I can't vouch for them.
