I have pretty bad psoriasis on the scalp, which I've had maybe for 20 years, I've tried all the brands you can get at the local big box store with only some slight relief. I've been using this specific one for the last 5 years and it is the only one I can rely on to help take away the burning, bleeding patches I get. I tend to break out worse in the summer when I'm out in the sun and my head is getting baked, but also when I go to theme parks, if I get my head wet on water rides at all, I get a flare up within the next couple of days. This helps me be prepared for those moments. I'm happy that I discovered this shampoo and I'm going to continue buying it because it really helps me feel normal and takes the focus off my head which is great. :)
