I've been using this product for a couple years; take a teaspoon in the a.m. before my firest cup of black coffee. It has worked wonders for my, my gut health, and my dsposition. It's pure and very high quality product. that I can recommend to anyone who has gut problems. There's are topical uses that I haven't explored yet but may do so in the future.
