Unisex Dual-Control Heated Jacket, Water-resistant Heated Coat for Women and Men with Battery Included

Great customer support! I received this jacket for Christmas and loved the color, size, fit and over all quality. It just felt well made at first touch. Unfortunately, there was no battery pack included in the package. I reached out by email to Venustas customer support Christmas night to let them know I was missing the power pack and an email was waiting for me when i woke up the next morning. They asked me to confirm my item #, address and phone number and promised a replacement battery would be in my hands by 12/31. As promised, the battery arrived and now my jacket heats up perfectly. The great thing about this jacket is the number of heating elements in the front and back. The collar even has a heating element and it is a game changer!. Love the jacket. Very much recommend Venustas, and can speak with first hand experience about their high level of customer support and service.

I've been using this jacket every day for two weeks, at varying heat settings. At 70+, I have arthritis in several joints and feeding the horse in these cold temperatures is not easy. With this jacket I am very comfortable not having to wear layers of clothing, and don't experience the bone ache I would normally feel. I am so happy with this purchase. I've needed to only charge the battery once so far and it didn't take long to charge to full capacity. In the mornings, I turn the jacket on at the highest setting while dressing, it's nice and cozy when I put it on, and need to turn it down before I return to the house as I get too warm! It is light weight and not too bulky. I would highly recommend. The only complaint is it has a one-way zipper...it would be better to have a two-way to facilitate bending over, squatting to pick things up, or just sitting.

Highly recommend this coat. Cold days outside don't seem as cold anymore. Rechargeable battery lasts for a decent amount of time before needing a recharge. The only gripe is it lacks a breast pocket for your phone or wallet.

The good: It's comfortable, and retains heat even when the heating is turned off. Makes a good sweater just as it without the heater turned on. it's water resistant like stated and definitely will keep you warm in the damp windy cold. You need a snug fit for this to work best. The chest heater doesn't work as well as the back and collar heater s and the pocket warmers could be stronger. The bad: On a full charge this gets around 4-5 hours on high, not the 7-8 hours as advertised. The zipper is not good, it's too small and difficult to engage and will get stuck and possibly damaged if you're not carful.

I’ve owned this jacket for almost a year, and it’s hands down my favorite purchase of 2025. As a softball mom and a bariatric patient, I struggle with regulating my body temperature, and this jacket has been a total game changer. It kept me warm through long, cold softball seasons and chilly winter days. The battery lasts for hours even on the highest setting, and the jacket is surprisingly warm even without the heat turned on for milder days. I sized up to allow for layering, and as I continue to lose weight, I already plan to purchase another one and pass this one on to my husband. Excellent quality, reliable warmth, and absolutely worth the investment.

I bought three of these jackets about 5 years ago, and they were great and so was support (replaced a bad battery, and a malfunctioning jacket controller) So when I saw that they had a newer version with a heated collar I gave my jacket to a coworker and bought the new one. BIG MISTAKE! what used to be a great jacket and awesome customer support now is horrible. My jacket turns it self off intermittently, sometime it will work grate, but most the time it turns off between 15 and 20 minutes you have to restart the battery and turn it all back on just to have it fail again. When I sent in a warranty request they told me to video the issue, how do I video an intermittent failure. I use mine to stay warm on my motorcycle, it is worn under a rain jacket. I spent two days trying to video a failure. which is basily the lights going out. To have the company tell me the video was not good enough. expensive mistake buying from this company, it is a shame that their products and support are trash now they were a great company. The first time I bought from them one of the three jackets had a bad battery, I sent it back they sent me a new one, after two weeks a jacket controller (buttons on the chest) quit working I sent it to them they sent me a new one. This time after three days they asked me to send them video proof, I spent three days trying to capture a failure when I did they told me it was not good enough proof, to try again. and every few weeks I get and email asking if the problem was resolved, NO, no it was not. but they do not care. just keep asking for video proof. BUY FROM SOME ELSE what used to be a good company is sadly now trash.

This coat all by itself is super warm, and I rarely need to use the battery because the jacket itself keeps me so warm. I have the vest, too, and it’s equally as warm. I work at a ski resort and have used to battery on really cold days and the coat kept me toasty warm. I also love the reusable, high quality zipper bags the coats come in. I’ve used them as packing cubes. I am very satisfied with this coat!

I bought my jacket in September but didn’t get a chance to actually use it until November. Canadian winter as expected was harsh. Right off the dot, the jacket was really helpful. It was very efficient and did a great job at keeping me warm on the job. I work outside so the jacket is well loved. I had issues with my battery after 2 months of use. Just like any other product, I guess there’s always that one off from a batch and unfortunately I got that one off. But fortunately for me, Venustas offered such a great customer service and was quick at sending a replacement of the battery. Their customer service is exceptional and they offer great warranty coverage. Been using the jacket for 5 months now and I’m enjoying every bit of it. I would recommend this jacket to everyone!

I bought one of their vests 2 years ago. Fantastic product...lifesaver in extra cold weather...just got the jacket...same high quality and I like it...one tiny flaw...there is no drawstring at the waist, if it had one this would make it perfect.

I really wanted to love this jacket as much as my original heated jacket (from a different brand) but it fell short for me in a couple of ways. The positives: The jacket overall is warm even without the heating turned on. Battery life seems okay to me as well - I wear it a few times a week with the heat at medium for about 15-45mins and I find that I will need to charge it by the end of the week which I find acceptable. The winner for me though is the neck warmer. It gives you that melty feeling when you're cold and someone wraps a warm blanket fresh out of the dryer on you. The negatives: The pocket warmers aren't that effective. I feel like I really have to focus to be able to feel the heat on my hands but even then, sometimes I'm wondering if I'm just imagining the heating sensation. I don't love that there are two buttons for the heating elements. I get that it's so you can control separate sides but if I want everything on, I have to hold down one button until it's on, and then repeat with the other. It just takes that many seconds longer to do this. I also tried holding both buttons down at the same time but whichever one you just happened to push ever so slightly faster will be the one that turns on. I would have preferred one button that cycles through the options but maybe that would be too complicated. After wearing it once or twice, I consistently get these pieces of white fluff peeking out of the jacket. It looks like a small harmless piece of cotton stuck to the jacket, but when you pull on it a super long piece will come out. See pics for examples. If you're new to the heated jacket world, this is totally fine. If you've had a chance to try others then you may find that this one falls a little short.

Love the jacket, had a little problem with the battery. Contacted the seller and had a replacement in a couple of days. Great customer service too!!

I would like to say it is perfect, but it was dead out of the box.battry won't charge at allit shows 75% cargedbut won't power the coat, won't charge any further no matter how long I leave it plugged inbwen plugged in for 2 hours now and nothing not even a flashing charge light. The coat itself is nicely made no messy stitching seams are all nice zipper works smoothly, it just didn't heat up, after going through the trouble shooting video I suspect a bad battery. I contacted customer support as soon as I figured out it wasn't working waiting on a reply. Seller is sending me a new battery. I was able to power up the coat with my sock battery, but they are only 5V not 7.2V so heat wasn't getting to its full potential but more than enough to keep the damp chill away.
