These are the best Omega-3 caps I've ever taken - if you do happen to burp, it only taste like a mild lemon but no fish!

A bit too big but doable .

I have wasted so much money on fish oil vitamins that I absolutely could not stand! I would belch them most of a day. I have not had an after taste with these at all and will continue to take them as I focus on brain health!

This product does what it says it will do. I’ve been taking it as directed once in the morning once at night every day. I have been wanting to start taking fish oil but had trouble finding a brand I trust. I thought this one would be worth the effort. But my stomach got too upset. So sorry this one is out for me.

I was excited to finally try Dr. Amen’s supplements, but unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. The capsules are much too large to swallow comfortably, and I struggled with the risk of choking. I even tried opening the capsule, but it just didn’t work out for me. Usually, omega-3 supplements provide a noticeable benefit for focus, but I didn’t experience any improvement with this product. Compared to Nordic Naturals, which I’ve had great experiences with, this product fell short in both ease of use and effectiveness for focus.
